4 When you have a little down time, take a minute to review the training modules available on your Qualcomm. (Graduation cap icon). I play around on mine and discovered that you can give basic commands to your Qualcomm by saying, Hello Omnitracs. It replies, Hello, please state a command. Then you ll have the list (pictured below) of available commands. It s pretty cool. There are several other tutorials available to assist you in getting the most out of your unit for all of your trips. Okay it can t speed up load times and you can t play Fort Night or watch Netflix, but you can get a lot from utilizing the trainings available on the ELD s. -Michelle Oneal, Driver Relations Manager

5 All, I m pleased to announce that Matt Urbanski, NAL Operations Director, has been promoted to a new role. As the non-asset companies NAL and TOP grow and become more complex, the need for more leadership focus becomes necessary. Previously, I was directly responsible for the operations of NAL and TOP independently along with the shared services groups. The role that Matt has taken is a leadership role for both NAL, TOP and the shared services group which includes NAL IT and carrier procurement. I will continue to be engaged but at a somewhat more distant level. I made this announcement formally at the Troy office last week but I failed to properly inform the rest of the various teams throughout the company. Please accept this as my formal announcement of this change. As the Director of 3PL Operations, I m sure Matt will do a fantastic job. We are currently seeking to fill the role Matt is vacating as the Operations Director for NAL. We are looking both inside and outside the company for the talent needed to continue the growth of this division. If you would like to be considered for this role, please submit a current resume to Matt or myself. I am pleased to be able to promote from within the company and I wish Matt the utmost in luck in taking on this new and challenging opportunity. Please provide the support and assistance he may need during the time of transition. Thank You, Jeff Berlin CFO/EVP EL Hollingsworth & Company, Inc.
