1 Ineet Barthwal Senior Consultant Ms. Ineet Barthwal is a Senior Consultant for Korn/Ferry International s Leadership and Talent Consulting business, based in the Firm s Singapore office. Ms. Barthwal possesses extensive experience in HR consulting and training as well as the effective deployment of different psychometric tools. In the course of her career, she has designed numerous training programs for senior leaders of leading multinationals to build up their talent acquisition capabilities. In addition, she has worked with clients to develop leadership capabilities and assess talent to drive organisational excellence and performance. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Barthwal was a senior consultant with SHL Pte Ltd., where she was actively involved in designing and implementing talent management solutions for clients in Asia Pacific. Earlier, she worked at University of Pune, India, as a Lecturer specialising in Organisational Behaviour, which allowed her to bridge her knowledge of academics with her experience in the corporate world. Trained as a psychologist, Ms. Barthwal holds a masters degree in Applied Psychology from University of Delhi, India. 2 Miriam Capelli Executive Coach Korn/Ferry Associate Coach Miriam is a Singapore based consultant with over ten years of experience as a leadership development professional. Miriam has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. She is also an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. Miriam has worked extensively with the Australian Public Service, the Australian Defence Force and the Civil Service College Singapore. This experience base has enabled her to develop an in depth understanding of the unique challenges associated with public sector leadership, in particular the drive towards an increased level of inter-departmental collaboration, the pace of technological advancement, the broader geo-political context of Singapore, climate change and the challenges of working in a multi-generational workplace. Having worked at the Centre for Leadership Development within the Civil Service College Singapore, Miriam is acutely aware of the impact of culture and ethnicity on leadership and thinking styles. The interaction of culture and leadership is a constant consideration in her coaching work and Miriam is skilled at developing productive working relationships in cross-cultural contexts. Miriam has completed the Coaching Psychology Course at Sydney University and is accredited in Reality Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She led the introduction of a coach training programme at the Civil Service College which enabled the public sector to draw from a pool of qualified coaches with standardised training and an understanding of public sector leadership. Miriam has personally coached over 200 public sector leaders and is highly skilled in the use of 360 degree feedback as a professional development tool. She is also accredited in a range of psychometric assessment tools that she enjoys using to facilitate self knowledge and growth in clients. Originally from Perth in Western Australia, Miriam relocated to Singapore in Having recently become a permanent resident of Singapore, Miriam has made Singapore her long term home.

3 Lee Yen Chin Sales Leader, ASEAN Lee Yen Chin is the Sales Leader for the ASEAN region for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, based in the Firm s Singapore office. Ms. Chin possesses nearly two decades of of consulting, sales, and sales management experience that spans a diverse range of business-to-business service industries. Her ability to translate and crystallize organizational requirements into effective interventions has served her clients well in her consulting career. Ms. Chin believes that strong leadership support, corporate alignment, and managerial follow-through is important for the sustainability of any strategy-through-people interventions. She is a certified coach in the viaedge learning agility assessment. She is also certified in the administration and application of the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ). Ms. Chin holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the National University of Singapore. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked across Asia. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as director, business development of DBM, Singapore. 4 Lee Yee Liew Senior Consultant Lee Yee Liew is a Senior Consultant for Korn/Ferry, based in the Firm s Singapore office. Ms. Liew has over ten years of consulting experience in the areas of talent management and total rewards consulting. Her experiences were gained in three geographies, including Malaysia, the United States, and Singapore. Ms. Liew works with senior executives of large multinationals as well as government-linked organizations in design, development, and implementation of talent and HR development initiatives. Her background provides her with an integrated and broad view of talent management in organizations, and the unique differences of organizations across different cultures and geographies. Her work now revolves around leadership development including talent assessment and coaching, design, development and delivery of leadership development programs. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Liew was a senior associate at Mercer, where she was actively involved in business development, client and project management work across several regions. In talent management she led projects on talent development frameworks, competency development, and the deployment and application of competency models including learning interventions. Ms. Liew s talent management and leadership development interventions are anchored by business strategy and integrated with the organization s HR programs. Ms. Liew graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing (with honors) from the Universiti Utara Malaysia. She is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and conversational in Cantonese and Mandarin. 5 Ying-Kiat Chua Consultant Ying-Kiat Chua is a Consultant for Korn/Ferry, based in the Firm s Singapore office. She is responsible for Korn/Ferry s Lominger suite of solutions, where her key responsibilities include the design and delivery of integrated talent management solutions and leadership development programs. She also works with clients in the implementation of their talent management solutions. Having held positions in various multi-national companies and industries, Ms. Chua brings diverse experience working in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to the Firm. Her experience in human resource management provided opportunities for her to interact closely with employees of all levels. In addition, she has been involved in various change management initiatives in business processes. This has led to her belief that the best way to enhance an organization s value is by working through its people and unlocking their highest potential, thus fueling her interest and passion in learning and development. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chua held roles in human resources over the past decade at various global companies, including KFC, Pizza Hut, Tetra Pak, and Estée Lauder Cosmetics. She holds an advanced certificate in training and assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning and is certified in the Lominger suite of tools and other personality profiling tools, including DISC and Predictive Index. Ms. Chua earned a bachelor of business administration degree, specializing in human resources, from the National University of Singapore. 6 Brett Lee Consultant Brett Lee is a Consultant for Korn/Ferry, based in the Firm s Singapore office. Mr. Lee partners with clients in developing integrated talent solutions in their organizations, concentrating on the identification and development of senior management to excel as leaders in complex and ambiguous environments. With over five years of experience consulting for Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Lee s early career emphasis on project delivery coupled with a strong background in psychological research offers his clients a versatile talent management solution supporting their business strategy. Mr. Lee s involvement with major projects blends a dynamic perspective with a methodical approach toward delivering outcomes. Combining social media and technology where possible, Mr. Lee continues to involve himself in research, applying the most recent findings to tailored solutions for his clients. He is a published author of research in both emotional intelligence and human psychopharmacology and is certified to administer the entire Lominger suite.
