AND YOU: LET S SEE IF WE ARE MEANT FOR ONE ANOTHER We hear you re looking for a consulting firm where your voice will be heard, where you can make a real impact through your work, and where you can be passionate about culture. Well, we here at THRUUE are glad you found us! We would love to tell you a little more about what it is like to be a part of the THRUUE Crew. We offer a unique proposition to our employees that enables us to create value for our clients. You will see and feel our differences from other firms throughout your journey with us from your first encounter with a member of our team to the moment when you join the THRUUE Crew and beyond. It all starts with our interview process. Like any other company, we are looking for a great new team member. Once you get in the door, you will start to see how different we are. Yes, we will begin the process by screening you over the phone, but we want the phone screening to be a conversation rather than a barrage of standard questions. After the phone screening, you will move to in-person interviews. Through these interviews, we will determine whether you find a fit within our company culture. Of course, we will ask you about your skills, but we will also give you a chance to prove your craft in our interactive case study interview. We offer a unique proposition to our employees that enables us to create value for our clients. You will receive real-time feedback during the interview process to simulate the experience of working on a project. THRUUE Senior Analyst Amanda Ziesemer described this experience as, professional, but not without an air of fun. Ziesemer went on to say she felt that she was treated as a full-time employee because of our aim to be respectful of our candidates time and our openness and transparency throughout hiring the process.

We like to keep the work space filled with humor and fun. We know when we need to be serious, but we all know we need to laugh a little too! Once we ve found a fit, we will present an offer. We call every prospective employee before sending out such offers so that we can walk people through the details because we never want to lose the personal aspect of a conversation. Our offer will show our competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package. If you are to receive and accept an offer from THRUUE, you will know immediately how excited we are to welcome you on board! You will spend day one becoming acclimated to THRUUE and familiar with some of our basics. We also start your first week with a welcome lunch, social event, and one-on-one coffee chats with our entire team. The first week will give you a chance to build relationships with your team members. Once you are settled, you will start to notice how we live every day at THRUUE. As you will probably surmise from the first week s schedule, the relationships among coworkers are important. Some of the top aspects THRUUE employees value are friendships and the relationships they build with their co-workers. As with the interviews, we like to keep the work space filled with humor and fun. We know when we need to be serious, but we all know we need to laugh a little too! Our executive coordinator, Becca Conary, described our working environment as a safe space to be yourself. We make sure to set aside time outside of work to get to know one another. We have social outings, such as happy hours, paint nights, professional hockey games, and other sporting events. The genuine relationships among THRUUE coworkers enable us to be more successful individually and also as a company. THRUUE is a small company, and within it we work within even smaller teams, ranging from 2-5 employees. The size of the teams and the company will give you opportunities you never dreamed possible, especially as a young professional.

THRUUE Analyst Emma Sadowski elaborated on one such opportunity, I was given an opportunity as a 23-year-old to present ideas to a CEO of a major organization. It was something my friends at big consulting firms would have never even dreamed of doing. As an analyst, you will also have the chance to work directly with a manager who trusts that you are capable of doing good, creative work and will provide you with feedback on how to push your thinking even further. Jen Krentel described her role as a Senior Manager when she said, My job is to enable their [analysts ] success by teaching, leading, and being my authentic self so that we have the highest performing teams. The teams we are creating at THRUUE have to be the best or all else falls down. As a member of the THRUUE Crew, you will have more exposure to back office endeavors than you would at a larger firm. Managers will have great expectations in regard to business growth and will work to develop internal policies and processes to keep our company relevant and moving forward. Analysts will also be given internal responsibilities to facilitate their professional growth. This past year, our analysts ran our intern program, taking on responsibilities from handling recruitment to overseeing the interns. We make an effort to have people across teams take on many of our back office projects to ensure coworkers connect with all members of THRUUE rather than just those who sit on their immediate client sites. The great relationships among co-workers and our ability to be ourselves, allows for transparency, and also enables us to create an environment of constant feedback and appreciation because we have a level of trust and comfort in one another you would not find at a bigger firm. The great relationships among co-workers and our ability to be ourselves, allows for transparency, and also enables us to create an environment of constant feedback and appreciation because we have a level of trust and comfort in one another you would not find at a bigger firm. We are always working together to improve ourselves and our work by providing real-time feedback rather than waiting for formal reviews. All feedback is given in a constructive and appreciative way. We don t just take time to acknowledge areas of potential improvement, but we also acknowledge what we are doing well. Every week when we come together for our company call, we dedicate time to celebrate one another for our accomplishments and appreciate what individuals have done. These intentional actions lead not only to happier employees but also to helping us grow.

Your voice will be heard regardless of your position or tenure. Many companies use the buzzword growth opportunities. What does that concept mean to you? When you join THRUUE, you are likely to share the sentiments of many of our newer employees, who have said they cannot believe how much they have grown in their first three months. Your growth will come from multiple avenues. One of the most notable opportunities is not formal training but the work you receive. Summer 2016 intern Hasia White said, You will have the ability to go beyond what we are hiring you for. Our employees at every level have opportunities they did not expect when they walked in the door. THRUUE CEO Daniel Forrester is famous for calling on quiet team members on conference calls, not because he wants to throw you off but because he wants to hear what you have to say. When you speak, your voice will be heard regardless of your position or tenure. You will have a leadership team and a career mentor who will help guide your growth, work with you on setting and achieving goals, and help keep you on track. We also certify all team members as Certified Cultural Transformation Consultants, and this certification will be something you keep forever. THRUUE will provide other formal trainings, such as, Appreciative Inquiry or Design Thinking, that may not result in certification but will enable you to develop your skills. Now that you know what it is like to be a part of the team, we are sure you are wondering, What do you really do for your clients? THRUUE is categorized as a management consulting firm, but our expertise lies at the intersection of strategy and culture. We work with excellent organizations that exist to do more than just make a profit, and we know the leaders of these organizations have no shortage of ideas. That s where we come in. We work collaboratively with our clients to combine culture and business performance skills and insights, which means our clients are never given a strategy that s divorced from changing behaviors. We use proven methods to measure and interpret our clients cultures and help create a path forward. We run workshops for our clients to provide a space for reflective thinking, which enables these clients to unlock their big ideas. All members of THRUUE get a chance to participate in these workshops and actively influence some of the most well-known organizations in the country. Through a unique combination of strategy and culture skillsets, we have helped to transform purpose-driven organizations, including AARP, Meals on Wheels Association of America, LeadingAge, and Rebuilding Together. We also work with many commercial entities on problems such as how to create high-performing cultures within highly regulated industries.

THRUUE s approach allows me to be creative, try new things, and constantly learn new ways to find the right solution to meet our clients needs. I love that our company is open to new ideas and is willing to take appropriate risks for big client impact. When Senior Manager Jen Krentel was asked to describe our work, she said, THRUUE s approach allows me to be creative, try new things, and constantly learn new ways to find the right solution to meet our clients needs. I love that our company is open to new ideas and is willing to take appropriate risks for big client impact. We take pride in making a big impact, and we ask for feedback from our clients because if we did not do as well as we could have, we want to know so that we can improve next time. When we asked the CEO of a leading nonprofit to let us know how her experience was, she said, THRUUE s work with our organization was inspiring. They helped us think deeply and courageously. Their approach is provocative and demanding, leading us to think differently about ourselves and the contribution we can make. Our way is paved for an exciting future. works to create initiatives born out of the workshop to ensure we are moving our vision of culture forward. We believe this will not only keep us relevant but also ensure you want to be a part of our team and grow as we grow. If you choose to become a part of the THRUUE Crew, you will join a company with a vision of the future for ourselves, our growth, and how we can change our clients futures. You will join a company where you will be valued for all your contributions. You will join a company where you can grow as a person and as a professional. You will join a company that will leave you better than you were when you started. You will join a company that strives to hire individuals who can push us to even greater accomplishments as a team. Could you be that person? We make sure to create space and time to measure our own culture and discuss what our culture means just as we do with clients. Each year, we run a culture measurement on ourselves and have our chief culture officer (CCO) facilitate a workshop where we can interpret the data and figure out what it really means. Once we have an understanding of what is occurring within our culture, our CCO
