8 1 CUSTOMER NEEDS ANALYSIS We facilitate a process of client engagement to ensure we understand all of our requirements for the assignment. It will cover details of the role and provide transparency on the process and deliverables. 2 CANDIDATE SEARCH We adopt a multi mode approach to identify candidates, consisting of: Database match Networking engagement Advertising and social media A significant amount of time is invested at this stage to ensure we present preferred options, identifying those candidates that have the required experience, skills and cultural fit. TARGETED APPROACH Our experienced team will identify individuals that we have deemed as being the most suitable of candidates with the required skills and experience for the role. SHORTLISTING After we have completed our interviews we present our clients with a shortlist of candidates, who represent the best available talent in the industry. Pre employment medical and site requirements can be arranged by TBS Mining Solutions TBS Mining Solutions will continue to play an integral part in the process, we can participate in the first stage interview if requested, ensuring there is continuity for the candidates. We can also provide guidance on interview process. 5 CANDIDATE SELECTION AND OFFER This is the final stage of the recruitment process, negotiating the offer with the selected candidate to ensure alignment and a successful outcome for our clients and candidates.
