6 Go Green! It s Tax Time! Have you signed up to receive your statements electronically? Sign up for your W-2 and 1095-C You can access forms before they are mailed Access prior tax years on demand Where? MyBucks > Faculty and Staff Select Go to Employee Self Service Select Employee Select Tax Information Go into all applicable tabs.

10 Submitting Leave Time Don t forget! Submit your leave sheets bi-weekly. Leave sheets (located MyBucks > Working at Bucks > Jobs & Employment> Reporting time). Select Exempt or Non-Exempt Exempt employees (those who cannot be paid over time): All time must be submitted in full day increments per College Policy Non-exempt employees (those who can be paid over time) Time can be taken in partial day increments

Employee Exiting Process Applies to exiting employees and employees transferring within the College When HR receives a PAF, employee and manager are sent new forms and information Want to take a look at the process? Information is posted online, along with helpful tips and information. Go to: MyBucks > Working at Bucks > Jobs & Employment then select:

12 Exiting Process New Form Exit Clearance 1. Required if resigning from College, or when an employee transfers to a new role. 2. Form saved and available online: MyBucks > Working at Bucks > Jobs & Employment 3. Employee and/or Supervisor must ensure completed form is returned to HR. Exit Interview now online! 1. vey201819

13 New! Helpdesk Ticket Form Exit Clearance Form: Managers are required to submit a helpdesk ticket. Use this new resource! Go to: helpdesk.bucks.edu Select: Submit a request Select: dropdown under forms, and choose Employment Status Change. A template will populate for you to complete and submit. Remember to note the ticket number on the exit clearance form.

15 Tuition Waiver Form Tips: Current form is a 2 part carbon copy document The same form is now available online! Remember, complete the form prior to registration to avoid being dropped for non-payment. Forms can be ed to hrbenefits@bucks.edu We will send a response via confirming receipt of waiver form.
