If not, list three lead measures you can take to correct. 2. List three ways you can increase communication with your team. 3. 3 Shared Vision: Creating a shared vision statement 1. Transfer previously identified project goal here 2. Write down the specific lead measure you will use to achieve the teams project goal 3. Write down a draft project vision statement, combining the goal and process to achieve 4. Develop a lag measure to quantify what successful achievement for the team goal will be Sharing Your Vision 1. Does your vision paint a picture that draws the team to engage? 2. Is your vision clearly articulated? 3. Does the team understand the purpose or what you are trying to accomplish? 4. Would this vision inspire you to take action? Yes / No
