2 Our values Our values shape who we are as a company. They guide us in our everyday work and behaviours, in the decisions we make and how we treat each other, our clients and our stakeholders. Each and every one of us whether you are a project manager, an operator, a safety advisor, a general manager or part of our support team has a responsibility to act in accordance with our values. The values set an expectation of the Watpac team environment and will help guide your successful career here with us. Our values matter because they re what we re known for. And by living the values in a consistent manner, you are helping us to continue growing our reputation in the many sectors and locations in which we work. Please keep this booklet as a reminder of what we stand for and how we can create a consistent experience for everyone associated with Watpac.
