3 - 3 - SENIOR ASSOCIATE (PROGRESS) 04 Duration From 15 th August 2012 to 31 st March 2013 HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of PS-V Manager Job requirement Job involves to look after the functions from rawmaterial to finished products in non-rounds areas namely Plaining, milling, grinding,drilling & turning operations etc. Look after Progress activities and wide knowledge of shop floor activities. Well versed in Manufacturing process. Willingness to perform other responsibilities assigned Experience years in the Machines Tools Industry covering the areas of Non-Rounds areas( as mentioned above), Progress activities and manufacturing process. ASSOCIATE ( MAINTENANCE) 05 Duration From 15 th August 2012 to 31 st March 2013 HMT Machine Tools Ltd., Classification of PS-III Dy. Engineer Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ NAC Job requirement Person should be capable of attending day to day maintenance of CNC machines, conventional lathes, Milling machines, Grinding machines and special purpose machines. Should take care of oil and coolant requirement of all the machines of the factory. Willingness to perform other responsibilities assigned Experience 15 years for Diploma holders and 20 years for NAC (MWM) holders in the Machines Tools Industry covering all the machines in the shop floor and taking care of oils and coolants requirement for the machines.

Job requirement Taking care of Legal and IR functions Taking care of Gratuity cases which are pending before ALC Co-ordinating with the Advocates in filing objections in claim statements. Settlement of disputes relating to Conciliation To attend the court on dates of hearing Disciplinary matters in respect of both WG and PS s. Assist DGM(HRM) for appearing before ALC/RLC in matter relating to Industrial Disputes and other matter. Qualification Degree from recognized university Job requirement Control and Supervision on the movement of the employees, VIPs, Visitors, Vehicles, Materials etc. Maintaining access control by enforcing photo ID, Badges. Conducting random surprise check on security staff including contract security guards making security incident reports when deviation / incidence occur. Maintaining liaison with local law / Police enforcing agencies. To take care of fire protection system periodical upkeep and firefighting appliances including Fire Hydrant and fire sprinklers system. Conducting mock fire drills and operational trainings in firefighting to Employees/ Volunteers. To look after the functions of Hindi cell at HMT MBX. 8 GENERAL CONDITIONS : AGE Consolidated Payment per month BELOW 62 YEARS PS- VII ( DGM) level PS- VI ( AGM) level PS -V (Manager) level PS-IV (Dy.Manager) level PS-III (Dy.Engineer) level WS-I (Superintendent) -Rs. 21,869/- - Rs. 20,702 /- - Rs. 13,440 /- - Rs. 12,298 /- - Rs. 10,245 /- - Rs. 9,202 /- The engagement is purely on fixed tenure basis. At the end of the fixed tenure stated in the web advertisement, the tenure of the post automatically ceased to exit, and for this purpose no separate communication will be given to the person appointed on contract. The posts are not against any permanent vacancy and this placement will not ensure any regular /permanent employment in HMT Machine Tools Limited in future. Applications should be made in the prescribed application format only along with copies of relevant documents. Superannuated employees of HMT Limited with the prescribed qualification and experience in the relevant area/s as prescribed may also apply. The Contract engagement will be for the period mentioned above subject to the condition that the total tenure of any contractual engagement including extensions, if any, shall not exceed three years subject to upper age limit of 60 years. During the period of contract the services will be terminated with one month s notice, by either side. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government Directives. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to selection / engagement shall be a disqualification. Selection will be made by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority. Documents in support of qualification and relevant experience shall be submitted along with the Resume at the time of interview. In the case of non-submission of documents along with the Resume, it will be rejected at any stage during the process of engagement. HMT Machine Tools Limited reserves the right to assess fitness or otherwise of the candidate selected - to cancel/restrict/enlarge the selection process without assigning any reason thereof, if need arise. Candidates submitting incomplete application or testimonials will not be allowed to appear for interview. The legal jurisdiction will be Bangalore in case of any dispute.
