3 Apprenticeship Recruitment A Division of Pathway Group Apprenticeship Recruitment Our Priorities are to expand the number of Apprenticeship places offered by employers, particularly with small and medium employers. Increase the number, quality and background of people applying for Apprenticeships, and in particular supporting year olds. Make it easier for employers to recruit apprentices and for individuals to search and apply for Apprenticeship vacancies with our vacancy system. Deliver a comprehensive marketing effort to that ensures that employers are aware of the benefits of Apprenticeships.
