5 Individual Report Component Pricing Identity Reports SSN Trace $5.00 Your applicant s SSN will be run through a database provided by a Credit Reporting Agency, but does not correspond directly with their credit history. The scope of data provided is typically 3-10 years, and occasionally returns no results for younger applicants. Results will include name, date of birth, and address history. Turnaround Time: 1 Day Criminal Reports County Criminal Court Search $15.00 Additional Name + $8.50 Physically researched at the source of potential criminal information, the county courthouse. Records are confirmed via name, date of birth, and SSN when required. The scope of reportable data is typically 7-10 years, corresponding with state law. Results may include charge, charge level, disposition, disposition date, probation information and methods of identification. Please Note: Occasionally, some courts will charge an additional fee to release criminal records. Backgrounds Online will pass on fees when applicable. Turnaround Time: 1-3 Days Statewide Criminal Search See pg 9 A basic search of databases maintained by individual states based on information provided by encompassing county records. The scope of reportable data is typically 7-10 years, corresponding with state law. Although this search spans a larger area, it may not be as accurate as county level searches. Results may include charge, charge level, disposition, disposition date, probation information and more. Turnaround Time: Varies by location. Call for details. Federal Criminal Court Search $15.00 Additional Name + $8.50 Backgrounds Online filters your applicant s name and date of birth through districtspecific databases of crimes against the federal government. The scope of reportable data is typically 7-10 years, corresponding with federal law. This is not a nationwide search, but rather a search for crimes which were disposed of in a federal court. Results may include, but are not limited to: charge, charge level, disposition date, disposition, probation information and more. Turnaround Time: 1-2 Days Pg 4 of 11
6 Individual Report Component Pricing Criminal Reports (continued) Nationwide Criminal Database Additional Name + $5.00 Backgrounds Online filters your applicant s name and date of birth through a database of over 400 million criminal records throughout all 50 states. Due to the nature of databases in general and FCRA requirements, all potential criminal offenses that may belong to your applicant are automatically followed up with a county level search. The scope of reportable data is typically 7-10 years, corresponding with state law. It s not uncommon to receive only partial court results when utilizing a database. Therefore, Backgrounds Online recommends using this search strictly as a supplement to state or county level searches. Please Note: Compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that any results found must be verified utilizing a County Criminal Court Search in order to ensure the records in the database are up to date and accurate. Backgrounds Online will add a County Criminal Court Search to your report if results are found. For more information about this search, please contact client support. Turnaround Time: 1-2 Days Nationwide Sex Offender Database Additional Name + $5.00 Backgrounds Online filters your applicant s name and date of birth through local and national sex offender databases. The scope of reportable data is typically 7-10 years, corresponding with the subject s registration status. Results may include, but are not limited to: reporting agency, cause of inclusion and identifying attributes. Turnaround Time: 1-2 Days National Wants and Warrants $15.00 Additional Name + $12.50 Backgrounds Online filters your applicant s name, date of birth and SSN through a series of city, county and state law enforcement databases to determine if they are wanted for criminal activity or have any active warrants. The scope of reportable data is typically 7-10 years, dependent on the date the warrant was issued. Results may include, but are not limited to method of identity verification, cause for exclusion and exclusion date. Turnaround Time: 1-2 days County Civil Court Search $18.50 Physically researched at the source of potential civil case information, the county courthouse.
