2 WELCOME TO ARDYSS LIFE! It is exciting for us to let you know that our products have generated thousands of testimonies around the world. But we have also created a compensation plan that rewards those who share our products with people. Take the time to learn this document and start making money. Good luck! ARDYSS DISTRIBUTORS ARE DEDICATED TO TWO THINGS 1. Build a customer base of product users and 2. Develop a team of Ardyss Distributors
3 Our work system is designed so everyone can do it! The Ardyss Compensation Plan is designed to reward justly those who decide to work our system in a serious and constant way Each new Ardyss Distributor has the option of generating 2 types of earnings. The first one comes from retailing the product and the second one comes from creating an organization of product users and Ardyss Distributors from which you will receive a percentage of all orders they buy The following document, you can find our 9 ways to earn money, and to facilitate understanding we have divided it into concepts: Fast Ways of Making Money, Residual Earnings and Earnings per Goals Achieved CONCEPT #1: FAST WAYS OF MAKING MONEY 1. Retail Sales By registering as an Ardyss Independent Distributor, you get the opportunity to buy your products at a discount price of 40% to 6. Sell the products at retail price and generate fast earnings every day! Internet sales: As part of your membership in Ardyss, you will receive a free website (replicated page) for the sale of your products. The earnings generated by this activity will be paid either weekly or monthly according to the type of payment you have chosen in the company. The qualification points generated by such sales will count as personal points under your Ardyss Distributor number, helping to complete your personal requirement to qualify for commissions

Preferred Customer Bonuses As you grow your organization of Customers and Distributors, you may want to offer your customers the opportunity that they buy their products directly from the company. For this Ardyss offer you the opportunity to register them as Preferred Customers for only $10. This type of customer does not participate in the Ardyss compensation plan; they only get the opportunity to buy their products with a 20% discount. You as enroller will earn the 20% deferential discount on all the purchases they make. This bonus is paid weekly or monthly according to the type of payment method you have chosen in the company.. Power Pack Bonus Each time you enroll a new Ardyss Distributor with the Power Pack (Business Pack) of $269. You will earn $ 50 each time. Now, whenever one of your personal affiliates also enrolls another new Ardyss Distributor you will earn $ 40. This bonus is paid weekly or monthly according to the type of payment method you have chosen in the company. For example: If you enroll Ardyss Distributors, you earn $ 150 ( x $ 50), Now if your new members also enroll each, you will earn $ 60 ( x x $ 40). This is a total of $ 510 for enrolling new Distributors in your organization. 4. Express Bonus Within the Ardyss compensation plan, we offer an additional option to enroll new Distributors. This option is called "Brand Partners. This type of Distributor receives a preferential discount for its high volume of purchases of products. Each time you enroll a new "Brand Partner", you will earn from their first purchase 0% of the Value Points (VP) of that order. This bonus is paid weekly or monthly according to the method of payment of the Distributor.
5 CONCEPT #2: RESIDUAL EARNINGS 5. Unilevel Bonus Each time one of your Preferred Customers or Ardyss Distributors purchase products from the company, you will earn either or 10% of the Value Points of each order. Depending on your rank in the company you can earn the right to collect up to 8 levels of depth (see table) in your organization. These bonuses are paid monthly. Compression: Whenever someone in your organization does not generate a purchase in a particular month. The system automatically compresses the levels, so you can collect the most money. 6 6. Generational Bonus Once you qualify as a Manager with 10,000 Group Qualification Points (GQP), you will earn the right to earn of the total value points of your entire organization to infinity. This can be interrupted when someone in your organization achieves this same level. Now, when this happens, you can continue to earn % of this new Manager, as long as you advance to the next rank (Director) you will earn a of all other orders outside of that Manager. Car Bonus Program We recognize the effort made by our Distributors, so we created a program, which includes a one time down payment, as well as a monthly payment for the purchase of the car. These bonuses are paid monthly. CAR PROGRAM Rank Level GQP Monthly Bonus Down PMT Supervisor Basic 2,000 $200 Manager Clasic 6,000 $50 $750 Director Modern 18,000 President Elegant 40,000 $700 Executive & Platinum Luxure 100,000+ $ ,500 Rules: Place your Personal Order Requirement during the month (100 personal points) Comply with the 50% rule When you reach the volume on the chart you will immediately earn the car bonus. In case of maintaining the volume for 2 consecutive months, you can request to our Distributor Support Center the down payment. The company will request the verification of the purchase of the new car. Both contract and photo
7 CONCEPT #: EARNINGS PER GOALS ACHIEVED 8. Ardyss Team Pool Earn money from the total company result! Each time a new affiliation is generated, the company will take. of the total affiliations generated during the quarter and distribute them in a common stock of money between the Director's ranks and above. Level Rank Director President Executive Diamond Platinum GQP 18,000 40, , ,000 00,000 Example: Let's say the money pool totals $ 20,000. This amount will be divided among the 5 levels, so each level would have $ 4,000 to be distributed among the qualified. If at level 1, there are 10 qualified distributors, each would receive $400. Rules: Place your Personal Order Requirement during the month (100 personal points) Comply with the 50% rule Comply with the volume requested in the chart and maintain it during the quarter. In the case of a rank advancement during the quarter, you can get paid at the new level only if you qualify for at least 2 of the months of the quarter. Show that you are active in the business through enrolling at least 2 new distributors during the quarter
8 9. Power Start and 100% Matching Bonus (2 at four levels) Power Start is a program of 24 goals, where each time you achieve a level you earn the right to collect a bonus. But that's not all, every time someone in your organization (within your first 4 levels) also achieves a Power Start bonus, you'll earn a matching bonus of 2 Example: : If a new Distributor meets goals 1 and 2 of the chart (2,000 GQP) he / she will receive a Power Start bonus of $150 ($50 + $100 ). This bonus is paid monthly. Power Start Matching Bonus: Suppose five people on your team and within your first 4 levels of depth also earn a $150 bonus each. You will earn the right to receive 2 matching bonus, in this case your bonus would be $ (5 people x $ 150 each x 2) Rules: Place your Personal Order Requirement during the month (100 personal points) Comply with the 40% rule Need to have active personal enrolled distributors. Each one with 50+ points Comply with the volume requested in the chart

10 Important concepts Periods At Ardyss the qualifying periods and payments are every 0 days. The period normally extends from day 1 to the last day of each month. This can change if closing days fall on Sunday or holidays. Minimum Personal Purchase (Gives you the right to generate commissions) The minimum personal purchase of each distributor is 100 PQP per month. (See the Uni-level Bonds table). In addition to making a purchase, you must comply with the administrative requirements of each country to collect your commissions. Rule of 50% The 50% rule means that you must develop your business with 2 or more descending lines. Example: If you want to qualify as a 2,000-point Supervisor with the 50% rule. The maximum points you can get from a leg in your organization will be 1,000 points, so you must make another 1,000 points from one or more legs. Rule of 40% The 40% rule means that you must develop your business with or more descending lines. Example: If you want to qualify as a 2,000-point Supervisor with the 40% rule. The maximum you can get from each of the legs will be 800 points, so you must do the remaining 1,200 in at least to or more legs. Points The company has 2 types of points associated with each product. Qualification Points (QP) and Value Points (VP). The QP as its name implies, help you to qualify. This can be ranks, bonuses, and promotions. VPs are used to calculate residual income such as Express Bonuses, Unilevel and Generational Bonuses. Group Qualification Points: It represents the total points generated by the whole group that is in your organization, this quantity determines the total production of your organization, which in turn determines the assigned rank you have in Ardyss.
