2 Overview This professional and versatile programme is for those wishing to enhance their Strategic Leadership and Management knowledge and skills. The content offers a broad spectrum of practical skills and theoretical models, as well as case studies. Time is given during the programme to enable delegates to relate the learning directly to their specific roles. The programme is dynamic, inspiring, and interactive with minimum lecture input from the programme leader and maximum interaction between delegate groups. This programme is aimed at senior managers who are preparing for additional strategic responsibilities and is designed to be flexible to accommodate different functions and roles.
