1 Vice President of Marketing $55,000-75, Description - Vice President of Marketing The Vice President of Marketing will work under the leadership of the CEO and will be a member of the leadership team. They will need to maintain the quality control and supervise the marketing employee. Will be directly in charge of the directors of both Publications and Design team within the marketing department. The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for the Strategic Marketing Plan component of the company business plan. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams in product line development. Oversees the development of all company sales and promotional literature, contracts video and commercial services. Work with both Sales VP and the CTO to develop a seamless company product line and marketing strategy. Will supervise the marketing strategy and booth design for trade shows. Will facilitate, in collaboration with the Vice President of Sales, an marketing strategy using Constant Contact. Requirements Engineering or Technology background and should be comfortable in dealing with high-end design and analysis organizations. Experience as a senior marketing officer - either currently at a VP position or at the threshold for this position. The Director of Marketing will work with the Vice President of Marketing to help build an exceptional team of talent to ensure creative promotion for the company. The director will work with the Vice president to develop the Strategic Marketing Plan component of the company business plan. You will be responsible to participate in the development of our formal marketing presentation. Work with the vice president in the design and development of the company trade fair booth. Design a market survey for the target consumer market to help direct products and services. Design a post event survey for evaluation of the effectiveness of the trade fair booth. They will supervise the development of commercial advertising component of the company. They will supervise You must have a minimum of 10 years of total product development experience, demonstrated success within a catalog or direct marketing organization and familiarity with overseas vendors. A degree in Business, Design, Merchandising or related academic field is required. The Director of Art will work under the CEO, with influence from the Vice President of Marketing to help direct an exceptional team of talent to ensure creative promotion for the company. The Director of Art will work with the Vice president to develop the company image. They will develop concepts for company logos, letterheads, signs. The Director of Art will take a hands on approach to develop and supervise the production of the company catalog, company brochures and advertising materials. They will be responsible for the publication of the monthly company newsletter. They will supervise the art department employees; including the commercial artist and the publication specialists. You must have a minimum of 10 years of total product development experience, demonstrated success within a catalog or direct marketing organization and familiarity with overseas vendors. 4 Commercial Artist $34,000-36,000 per year Description - Commercial Artist The candidate should be a person with strong skill in art and design. The Commercial Artist will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Art and will help to develop the company image. They will support in the design and develop concepts for company logos, letterheads, company business cards, name badges and company signs. You will support the web development team with web art. They will assist in the design of the company newsletter, awards certificates, brochures and other company literature. They should have a strong understanding of visual art media software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. The should be willing to learning other applications as needed. You must have a minimum of 5 years of total product development experience in commercial art. Demonstrated success within a catalog or direct marketing organization and familiarity with overseas vendors. A degree in Business, Design, Merchandising or related academic field is required. 5 Publication Specialist $34,000-36,000 per year Description - Production Specialist This support position will work under the supervision of the Director of Art and whose primary responsibility is to help create and maintain the company products catalog and company informational and advertising materials; including brochures and promotional materials. You will coordinate with the Sales department to insure all products are correctly, priced, describe and represented in the catalog. You will need to make sure the catalog publication is clean clear and error free. Creative knowledge of InDesign and professional background in production design. Attention to detail and have good quality control. Applicants will need to have strong skills in using InDesign and the adobe suite of products

6 Marketing Assistant $26, ,000 per year Description - Marketing Assistant This entry level position will serve to support the Vice President and Director of Marketing in all aspects of their job. You will be responsible to support and participate trade fair preparations, help in the development of a market plan presentation, help in the administration of all marketing department programs and campaigns. You will be utilized where needed as determined by the Vice President and director of marketing. MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or any other Desktop Publishing experience a plus. Candidates MUST have a Steady and SOLID work history with a strong emphasis on graphic design.

8 Digital Media Specialist $40,000-43,000 per year Description - Digital Media Specialist This position will be focusing on the digital video production with in the company. The applicant should have understanding of video equipment and some practical knowledge of making a video. The responsibilities will include the planning, presentation and development of two video commercials, a company Quicktime video clip for the web site and a year-end company DVD. Applicants should be familiar with imovie and be willing to learn DVD production software. In additon you will have digital photography responsibilities for the company. You MUST be a creative thinker, a strong communicator and very organized. Must be willing to spend time outside the work day to gather footage for production. The ideal candidate will have prior video production experience and an Associates or Bachelors degree in telecommunications or related field. Experience is also required in operating professional video cameras, microphones and other sound equipment and lighting kits. n-linear editing experience is a plus. This person must have excellent communication skills, be able to direct talent and have the ability to work independently.

This position will assist the Digital Media Specialist in the production of digital media for the company.
