1. DATE OF EMPLOYMENT AND POSITION 1.1 The Employee enters into an employment agreement with the Employer (the Agreement) with effect from [date] This Agreement qualifies as an on-call contract with a postponed duty to perform (oproepovereenkomst met uitgestelde prestatieplicht) 1.2 The Employee will be employed as a Mapper and undertakes to perform, to the best of [his/her] ability, all the work related to the Employer's business that can reasonably be assigned to [him/her] by or on behalf of the Employer. The Employee undertakes to act in accordance with the instructions to be given to [him/her] by or on behalf of the Employer. 2. WORKING PLACE 2.1 The place of employment will be at the office of the Employer in [place]. 2.2 The Employer reserves the right to change the location where the work will be performed after consultation with the Employee. 3. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT, TRIAL PERIOD AND TERMINATION 3.1 This Agreement is entered into for a fixed term of 6 months. Accordingly, this Agreement will terminate by operation of law, without notice being required, on [date]. 3.2 This Agreement ends in any event, without notice of termination being required, on the date on which the Employee reaches the state pension age ( AOW-gerechtigde leeftijd ) applicable to [him/her]. 3.3 Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 3.1 regarding termination by operation of law this Agreement may be terminated by either Party with due observance of the statutory notice period. 3.4 If after expiry of the term referred to in clause 3.1, the employment tacitly continues, such continuation would occur for another term of [number] months. In case of continuation, the provisions of clause 3.3 apply as well. 4. SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE 4.1 The initial salary of the Employee will amount to 13 EUR gross per hour and shall be paid out at the end of the month. No salary is payable during the period that the Employee has not been called. 4.2 Each year in the month of June, a holiday allowance equal to the net equivalent of 8% of the gross annual salary will be paid to the Employee. f the Employee's Agreement starts and/or ends in the course of the year or if the number of working hours per week changes during such year, the holiday allowance will be adjusted proportionally. 4.3 During the first six months after the date of employment, the Employee is only entitled to salary insofar Employee has actually worked for the Employer, regardless of the question for whose risk the cause of non-performance of work occurs. 5. WORKING HOURS AND OVERTIME 5.1 The Employee agrees to a flexible working hour scheme, which means that the Employer can request the Employee to work varying hours per week, as needed.

5.2 The working, time and working hours will be determined by the Employer per separate call. The Employer will be entitled, after consultation with the Employee, to change the working time and/or working hours. The Employer will provide work schedules, generally, two weeks in advance barring unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to shortage of staff. 5.3 The Employee undertakes to work overtime at the Employer's request, to the extent that, in the Employer's opinion, business conditions so require. The compensation for these working hours is considered to be included in the Employee's fixed salary. Therefore, the Employee is not entitled to extra compensation. 6. EXPENSES 6.1 Travel expenses incurred by the Employee in the professional performance of [his/her] job while using [his]her] own car will be reimbursed by the Employer, if the Employer has approved the costs to be incurred in advance and in writing. Reimbursement is subject to the submission of evidence. Travel expenses are paid 0,19 eurocent per kilometre free of tax. 7. HOLIDAYS 7.1 The Employee is entitled to 20 days of holiday per year, based on full-time employment (i.e. 40 working hours per week). 7.2 If the Employee's Agreement starts and/or ends in the course of the year or if the number of working hours per week changes, the number of days of holiday allowance will accrue on a pro rated basis. 8. SICKNESS 8.1 In the event of sickness within the meaning of section 7:629 of the Dutch Civil Code, the Employee must report sick to the Employer as soon as possible, but no later than at [time] on the first day of sickness. The Employee will comply with the rules on notification and control of sickness, as adopted from time to time by the Employer. 8.2 In the event of sickness, the Employer will pay 70% of the salary and the holiday allowance referred to in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 with effect from the third day of sickness for a period of up to 52 weeks maximum calculated as from the first day of sickness. Consecutively, the Employer will pay 70% of the salary including the holiday allowance referred to in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 for a period of up to 52 weeks maximum, to the extent that this salary does not exceed the amount applicable pursuant to section 17(1) of the Social Insurance (Financing) Act ( Wet financiering sociale verzekeringen ) (maximum daily wage). The provisions laid down in this clause apply if and in so far as the Employer is obliged to effect the payment as referred to in section 7:629(1) of the Dutch Civil Code pursuant to the provisions of subsections 3 7 and 9 of section 7:629 of the Dutch Civil Code. 8.3 To the extent that the Employer's payments referred to in clause 8.2 exceeds the Employer's minimum requirement based on section 7:629(1) of the Dutch Civil Code, the Employee is not entitled to the payments as referred to in clause 8.2 if and in so far as [he/she] can assert a claim for damages against a third party due to loss of income in connection with [his/her] sickness. In this case, the Employer will only effect the payments exceeding said minimum by way of an advance payment on the damages to be received from the third party and in consideration of assignment to the Employer by the Employee of [his/her] right to damages up to the aggregate of the advance payments made by the Employer. The advance payments will be set off by the Employer if and/or as redress takes place.

9. PENSION SCHEME The Employer has no pension scheme in place in which the Employee will participate. Therefore, no offer for a pension agreement within the meaning of the Pensions Act will be made to the Employee. 10. DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY 10.1 Subject to clause 10.2, throughout the duration of this Agreement and after the termination thereof for whatever reason, the Employee will refrain from disclosing in any manner to any individual (including other personnel of the Employer, unless such personnel must be informed in connection with their work for the Employer) information of a confidential nature concerning: i. the Employer's company ii. iii. the Employer's clients and other contacts any other (business) information with regard to the Employer, which has become known to the Employee as a result of [his/her] employment with the Employer and of which the Employee knows or should have known to be of a confidential nature This duty of confidentiality of clause 10.1 extends to the Employer's affiliated enterprises and to the clients and other contacts of those affiliated enterprises. 11. DOCUMENTS AND COMPANY PROPERTY 11.1 The Employee is prohibited from keeping in [his/her] possession in any way any correspondence, documents, other information carriers, copies thereof, and other goods made available by the Employer or its affiliates to the Employee (including, but not limited to, credit cards, mobile communication devices, keys, documents, handbooks, financial data, plans, USB sticks or other information carriers, access cards and laptop computer), except to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of [his/her] work for the Employer. In any event, the Employee is obliged to immediately hand over such documents and other goods made available to the Employee at the end of this Agreement or upon suspension of the Employee's active duties for any reason During any period of inactive duty, the Employer is entitled to refuse the Employee access to business information, including, but not limited to, the Employer's company intranet, the account, electronic platforms and subscriptions. 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 12.1 It is the intention of the Parties that all (intellectual property) rights relating to inventions and works, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademark rights, model rights, database rights, domain names and rights related to knowhow, including any applications for such rights and claims in respect thereto, related to all inventions and works created within the framework of and/or in connection with the performance of this Agreement through the actions of the Employee (the Intellectual Property Rights) will be vested in the Employer If and to the extent certain Intellectual Property Rights are not vested in the Employer by operation of law, the Employee hereby assigns these Intellectual Property Rights in advance to the Employer, which assignment the Employer hereby accepts in advance. This assignment is exclusive, irrevocable, unconditional and with full and unencumbered ownership. The

Intellectual Property Rights are assigned in the broadest meaning of the word, for all the present and future forms and manners of exploitation of work and inventions created under this Agreement. This assignment has effect globally for the entire duration of the protection of the Intellectual Property Rights, including any extensions of this duration. In connection with the above, the Employee hereby grants an irrevocable authorisation to the Employer and will in so far as necessary cooperate with the Employer to do all that is necessary to give effect to this assignment, including the preparation and signing of deeds The Employee will, at the expense of the Employer, comply with each request from the Employer to enable it to effect the assignment of Intellectual Property Rights as provided for in this Agreement, including the conclusion of additional deeds of assignment and cooperation with the registration of any Intellectual Property Right In so far as permitted under Dutch law, the Employer has the exclusive right to determine whether, when and how the objects to which the assigned rights pertain will be exploited. The compensation received by the Employee under this Agreement is considered as fair compensation within the meaning of section 12 of the Dutch Patent Act 1995 ( Rijksoctrooiwet 1995 ) and also serves as the fee for each form of exploitation of the work, known or unknown at the time of signing of this Agreement In so far as permitted under Dutch law, the Employee hereby waives [his/her] moral rights within the meaning of section 25 of the Dutch Copyright Act ( Auteurswet ) with regard to works produced under this Agreement in respect of which an Intellectual Property Right exists Any applications or submissions for registration of an Intellectual Property Right will be arranged by the Employer, in the Employer's name and at the Employer's expense. The Employee will not file any applications for registration of an Intellectual Property Right without the approval of the Employer If the Employee when performing this Agreement creates objects in respect of which an application or filing for the purpose of registration is required to obtain an Intellectual Property Right, the Employee will timely inform the Employer of this and cooperate with the Employer to enable him to arrange such application of filing The Employee agrees to keep the details of the objects [he/she] creates in the performance of this Agreement confidential, save with the express approval of the Employer The Employee agrees to assist the Employer, at the request and the expense of the Employer, in defending and maintaining the Intellectual Property Rights This provision and the ensuing rights and obligations continue to have effect after termination, for any reason, of this Agreement. 13. NO ADDITIONAL OCCUPATION Without the Employer's prior written consent, the Employee will not accept (i) any other paid work or (ii) any time-consuming or otherwise substantial, unpaid work or (iii) any work that may harm any of the Employer's interests. The Employee will refrain from doing business for [his/her] own account. 14. SOCIAL MEDIA Ultimately at the termination date of this Agreement, referred to in clause 3.1 the Employee will truthfully change [his/her] status, job and position on social media, including, but not

limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, in such manner that it is clear that the Employee has no further involvement with the Employer (and his affiliated enterprises) as of the date of termination of [his/her] employment. 15. PENALTY 15.1 If the Employee acts contrary to one or more of [his/her] obligations ensuing from the provisions of clauses 10, 11, 12 and 13 of this Agreement, [he/she] will, in so far as relevant in derogation from section 7:650(3), (4) and (5) of the Dutch Civil Code, incur a penalty to the Employer in the amount of EUR 5.000,- for every breach, as well as a penalty in the amount of EUR 500,- for every day that the breach occurred and continues, without any notice of default being required. Alternatively, the Employer will be entitled to seek full damages. This penalty provision does not affect the Employer's right to claim performance The Employee retains [his/her] obligations ensuing from clauses 10, 11, 12, and 13, vis-à-vis the Employer if the Employer's business or any part thereof is transferred by the Employer to a third party within the meaning of sections 7:662 et seq. of the Dutch Civil Code and this Agreement ends prior to or at the time of the transfer, while the Employee would have entered the employment of the acquiring party by operation of law if the Agreement had continued. 16. GIFTS The Employee is not allowed to, directly or indirectly, in connection with the performance of [his/her] duties, accept or demand commission, contribution, reimbursement or gifts in any form whatsoever from third parties. This does not apply to customary promotional gifts not exceeding a value of EUR UNILATERAL AMENDMENT The Employer reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of employment of this Agreement in the event that such amendment is of such importance to the Employer's interests, that any possible interest of the Employee that are harmed by such amendment, must be superseded NULLITY The voiding of one or more of the provisions of this Agreement does not render the other provisions void as well. The Employee and the Employer hereby agree that a void provision will be converted by operation of law into a valid provision that by its nature and purport will as closely as possible resemble the void provision. 19. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT No collective bargaining agreement is applicable to this Agreement 20. APPLICABLE LAW This Agreement and all ensuing or related contractual and non-contractual obligations are governed by Dutch law. 1 These may include handbooks, codes of conduct, insider trading policies, whistleblowing policies, etc. Another option is to let the employee sign a statement of receipt and acceptance of the staff handbook or the rules of conduct.
