BARBEAU 17/05/
Example 2 : Coupling between different models : Expectations : being able to perform couplings between different models : examples : DMF + Cranktrain + FEAD Cranktrain + Timing Drive + Valvetrain Etc Currently in progress : DMF + Cranktrain + FEAD DEA-MMV1 / D. BARBEAU 17/05/
05 Conclusion / On-going - Future
Conclusion Current status validation is 100% for all perimeters. Software used for complex projects currently under development with success. GT-SUITE: good tool for the targeted perimeters. User friendly enough for an Analysis engineer and a Core Competencies Team member. 1D models but demanding a lot of technical datas coming from projects : need a good and specific organization to summarize clearly the datas. Good work collaboration between Renault team and GT team. DEA-MMV1 / D. BARBEAU 17/05/
On-Going / Future FEAD : handle the diversity of the various technical definitions to come. Integration models : capacity to simulate more «exotic» architectures. Roadmap associated to continual improvement/capacity extensions : more complex models and comparison with measurements. Enhancements asked to GT-Team : Several general options (outputs modifications, input management ) ; 1D CPVA modeling ; DOE post-processing enhancements ; Etc DEA-MMV1 / D. BARBEAU 17/05/
Thanks DEA-MMV1 / D. BARBEAU 17/05/
