The Strategic Change Process : a key element of root s strategy execution framework Eight Steps Toward Your Future The Strategic Change Process supports the delivery of strategy execution through people. Because we know that people are the heart and soul of your organization, we have developed this proven process to ensure your strategy execution is orderly, logical, and structured. The Strategic Change Process is comprised of eight steps that bring meaningful change to reality. The steps can be categorized into logical focus areas that keep the process from being overwhelming or unattainable Clarify and Align, Launch and Deploy, and Refine and Sustain. When executed as a whole over a period of 18 months or longer, the Strategic Change Process can support a successful, transformative change.
