1 ASSESSMENT OF ADVANCED MSW PROGRAM COMPETENCIES 2015 %=5 %=4 =>4 A10(a) (d) Engage, assess, intervene, and evaluate with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. These competencies - 10(a) (d) apply to both the foundation and advanced curriculum. UT s MSW advanced practice behaviors for 10 a through d are listed and reported on below along with the advanced practice behaviors associated with our five additional advanced competencies (11-15) a. Engagement 1. Develop informed and effective relationships with diverse client populations Exhibit self-awareness and positive use of self in the engagement process Percent whose average score for Competency #A10a is either 4 or 5 97 b.
