The Project Management Office (PMO) encourages a new way of thinking about project management and is key to driving enhanced efficiencies and productivity within an organization. By focusing on the PMO as a productivity and profit center and creating a clear career path for talented professionals, companies have a new, internal solution that can generate enormous efficiency and financial returns. 2
