4 ASSESSMENT, MODERATION & CERTIFICATION Assessments are conducted by the facilitator, Erica Heunis, whilst internal moderation will be handled by Mauritz Bekker (Assessor and Moderator Number: ). External moderation and certiication are done by SBS. Assessments are in the form of ten assignments, one for each module. 5 CURRICULUM & OUTCOMES Purpose Objectives of the Program Provide a detailed description of the main purpose objectives of the program Empower participants with entrepreneurial, business and leadership skills in order to (a) identify and implement new business concepts in practice, and (b) develop and manage a new business or new business unit.
