3 Leasing Specialist Show and rent open apartments. Assist manager with resident satisfaction and retention through responding to complaints and concerns. 4 Maintenance Technician Will be responsible for performing maintenance of assigned properties in a cost-effective, timely manner, contributing to resident satisfaction and retention. They provide exceptional customer service and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining a professional image at all times. They ensure the attractive appearance of all buildings and grounds. Knowledge in various areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs preferred. Training will be provided. Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with periodic "on-call" rotation during weeknights and weekends. Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license. A vehicle allowance will be provided. Must be a selfstarter, effective communication skills, and able to troubleshoot. Education Requirements: High School Diploma. None required. Experience Level: Prefer 1-2 years of building experience. Travel Requirements: Within city limits. Must have own vehicle and valid driver s license required.
