2 Accounts Payable Clerk This position will be responsible for providing financial data service to ensure an efficient and accurate payables process. Maintain payables ledgers from receipt of invoice to payment of the check, possess a thorough knowledge of accounts payable procedure, attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and experience with computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs, at a proficient level. 3 Leasing Specialist Show and rent open apartments. Assist manager with resident satisfaction and retention through responding to complaints and concerns. Assist manager with rent collection and computer related tasks. Answer phones and greet walk-ins. Respond to requests, questions and complaints, making referrals to manager or maintenance staff as appropriate. Schedule and perform apartment move-ins and move-outs. Assist manager with correspondence and other computer related tasks as appropriate and assigned. Education Requirements: High School Diploma. 4 Maintenance Technician Will be responsible for performing maintenance of assigned properties in a cost-effective, timely manner, contributing to resident satisfaction and retention. They provide exceptional customer service and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining a professional image at all times. They ensure the attractive appearance of all buildings and grounds. Knowledge in various areas of electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs preferred. Training will be provided. Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with periodic "on-call" rotation during weeknights and weekends. Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license. A vehicle allowance will be provided. Must be a selfstarter, effective communication skills, and able to troubleshoot. Education Requirements: High School Diploma. None required. The Site Manager is responsible for achieving consistent high-level NCR (net collected rent) and NOI (net operating income) performance for his/her properties. The Site Manager must build and lead a strong team with common goals and objectives. They must work diligently to recruit, train, develop, coach, motivate, and support high quality site staff to achieve the current and future NCR and NOI goals for their properties.
