2 Introduction to OHS Management Systems BS 8800 / OHSAS 800 Course Description No organization can afford to ignore its legal obligations with regard to occupational health and safety. Most are keen to go one stage further and devise a management system that is reliable, cost-effective and ensures that staff benefit from the very highest standards. This one-day course empowers delegates to achieve this goal. It forms an excellent introduction to the more detailed BSI three-day course on implementation of an OH&S management system to BS 8800/OHSAS 800. 3 Food Safety Course objectives This workshop will cover the management of food safety through the effective integration of an organizations quality management system based on BS EN ISO 900:2000. It will show delegates how to overcome the barriers that the use of multiple systems often presents.
