4 National Employment Agency (NEA) NEA was established by Sub-decree no. 67 dated 27 April 2009: As a Special Operating Agency (SOA) under the National Training Board (NTB) which is chaired by Deputy Prime Minister. Mandated as an Designated Statistical Unit by Sub-decree no. 117 dated13 Sept 2010, with the roles and responsibilities to: o o coordinate, gather, synthesize, produce, compile, analyze, research, and publicly disseminate LMI as a convenient and single source of information in electronic and paper formats.
