9 Our campus training program is designed to help you develop the professional and personal skills required for success within our technology or business consulting tracks in the capital and commodity markets. Your journey begins at our Global Markets Institute (GMI) in India for two to four months, along with other campus hires from around the world. The Sapient GMI is a unique and specialized classroombased program that combines soft-skills courses to build your consulting skill set, theoretical courses to expand your market knowledge and practical courses that give you the opportunity to utilize your newly established consulting knowledge in a learning environment. Upon completing the GMI, you will return to your home office to begin shadowing projects across the business. Your program mentor and supervisor will partner with you to create and facilitate a growth plan as you dive into your career here at Sapient Global Markets. 9
