As a graduate joining the Lockheed Martin team, you will work on a number of exciting and immersive projects which will propel you into the future of technology and creativity. Each year we recruit Technical and Business graduates in a variety of challenging positions, where they enhance their skills and capabilities, build their knowledge of our business, and progressively increase their confidence and job satisfaction. These positions provide you with a structured two-year development programme during which you will be well supported through training and professional development courses and events, as well as mentoring to increase your skills and expertise. We offer a flexible working environment together with a competitive salary and benefits package, with rewards as you develop your career at Lockheed Martin. subject of study We are looking for people who have a degree in the following areas: mathematics, physics, computer science, computer and information security, cyber security, systems engineering, software engineering, electronic and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information technology, finance and business studies.

5 INTERNSHIPS WITH REAL RESPONSIBILITIES. As an intern at Lockheed Martin I was instantly given real responsibility and my own role within the department. Taking a year out of university to work at Lockheed has shown me how the theory I ve learned in lectures can be put into place in real life business situations. Each year Lockheed Martin offers 12-month intern placements starting from July, as well as opportunities for summer placements. Having a real role with real responsibilities from day one and support from a graduate mentor for the duration of your placement, you will gain valuable work and life experience at Lockheed Martin. subject of study We are looking for people who are studying towards a degree in the following areas: software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, computer science, information technology, finance, communications, marketing and business studies. We are proud of our highly successful placement programme and the value it adds to the development of young people. Over half of our interns return and join the graduate development programme once they have graduated.
