3 What happened? Your company has grown and changed. There s no time to keep up with updates. Your implementation was complex. Since implementation, your company has changed. An implementation that fit your company two years ago likely isn t as effective or efficient today. New products or services, a larger workforce, and even the realization you re now ready for succession planning can all make last year s system configuration seem less aligned with your current goals.
