This course introduces you to Kronos terms and concepts, and helps you start identifying and gathering the scheduling policy data and organizational structure that will be needed during your Kronos implementation. Through a series video lessons and interactive software simulations, you will be introduced to some of Workforce Scheduler s capabilities and to the decisions you will make in designing your configuration. You will also be guided through the completion of the PTF worksheets that will be discussed during your upcoming Solution Development Readiness call. This course will prepare you with the information you need to ensure that your Workforce Scheduler implementation accurately addresses your organization s business needs. NOTE: This self-study content is in English. : Select and record information in a Workforce Scheduler workbook that aligns with your industry, including an organizational structure and scheduling jobs Begin to identify, locate and/or produce the organization s scheduling policy data for use during the implementation Recognize scheduling concepts to facilitate further discussions with the Kronos Team regarding scheduling policies and recommended solutions Gather information for each department s scheduling requirements Project Team members who analyze the organization s scheduling policies, scheduling practices, and organizational structure in order to collaborate on and approve the implementation plan for Workforce Scheduler.
