ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS: are structured in different colour categories which vary on the size of each company as prescribed in the table below exclusive of VAT: FEE STRUCTURE TABLE 1.1 Group A Group B Group C Group D Companies with two hundred (200) or more employees = R12000 Group A: Monthly instalment Companies with One hundred (100) to two hundred employees = R6000 Group B: Monthly instalment Companies with fifty (50) to hundred employees =R3500 Group C: Monthly instalment Companies with twenty five (25) to fifty employees =R2500 Group D: Monthly instalment =R1000 =R500 =R295 =R210 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All monthly subscription prices exclude VAT; We require three calendar months notice for cancellation of this service; A once-off administration fee (equivalent to your monthly fee) is payable on activation of your account; and Subscriptions are payable by monthly debit order or per invoice generated every 3, 6 or 12 months (payable in advance). 1 P a g e

2 LEVIES: Payable quarterly based on previous quarter representivity figures at not more than R5.00 per employee per month, unless specific short term needs require greater contribution, which decision may only be approved at an or Special General Meeting of the organisation. NOTES: The Executive Committee reserves the right to change subscription fees and to introduce any other charges according to financial circumstances, should it be necessary. Financial contributions by member companies in the form of subscriptions and levies are 100% tax deductible.
