3 TRAINING DELIVERY FROM LIFETIME TRAINING: APPRENTICESHIPS FOR NEW OR EXISTING TEAM MEMBERS You can nominate existing Team Members to undertake Apprenticeship training and Lifetime Training will assess the best qualification for them to undertake and then observe, assess and coach them through their Apprenticeship. Or, you can recruit new Team Members with the help of Lifetime Training and they can start an Apprenticeship from day one. If you have Team Members that you would like to nominate for Apprenticeship training, the following eligibility criteria applies: ELIGIBILITY The government criteria for undertaking an Apprenticeship requires that individuals work a minimum of 16 hours per week on average, don t have a degree or Level 4 equivalent, have lived within the EU/UK for 3 years and are not in college or another form of education already. However, Greene King would like to offer everyone who is interested the opportunity to train so, please call and register your interest even if the above criteria excludes your Team Members and we will advise you on the next steps. TRAINING DELIVERY FROM LIFETIME TRAINING: All apprentices work towards a nationally recognised Apprenticeship qualification. Depending on the Team Member, this programme will generally take 12 months to complete. A Lifetime Regional Trainer will visit Team Members at work on a regular basis throughout their programme. Each visit will be planned around Team Members rotas. The Team Member and Line Manager will receive helpful feedback after each visit. Each Team Member will be given work to complete between visits, requiring two to three hours of their own time. The majority of assessment will be completed through observations of the Team Member in their role and some online assessments. The Lifetime Regional Trainer, Team Member and Manager formally review progress every 12 weeks. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM LIFETIME TRAINING: We will ensure that the content of any Individual Learning Plan fulfils national and industry criteria.
