1 Supervisor Dashboard Use the Supervisor Dashboard to monitor and respond to critical time and labor events. View the current status of employees, pending time off requests, attendance exceptions, and missed punches. View Total Hours By Pay Type. Depending on company configuration, users may also view invalid punches.

2 Access the Dashboard Select Supervisor Dashboard from the Home menu or click the Home icon. Use the Search field to find specific screens or employees. Select Help and then Administrator Training Documents or Employee Training Documents to access user guides and videos. Filter the Display To save the filter for future use, enter the filter name and click Save. Filter the display of employees by employee group, payroll policy, salary type, and labor level. SUBHEAD

3 Status Board Totals HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE: HEADER AND FOOTER: When using the template please do not move the header or footer images. STYLES: All styles and colors have been preloaded into the template. You can view styles in your style pane or in quickstyles. To learn more please watch the follow tutorials: ACCENT BAR: To copy the bar under the header please highlight the bar with your cursor > hit CRTL+C to copy > move your cursor to the location you want to place the line > hit CRTL+V. View Status Board Totals. IMAGES: To insert images into the layout navigate to the space you want to place the image > click Insert in the top menu > picture from file > Select the image you would like to place > insert

4 Scheduled vs. Actual View scheduled hours worked compared to actual hours worked for the past 7 days. Select Scheduled or Actual for the chart to only reflect one category.

5 Status Board Smart Tip Users will only have access to those employees who fall within their security role.

6 Dashboard Settings Select Dashboard Settings from the Home screen of the Supervisor Dashboard. Configure the number of days to display for attendance exceptions and default chart to appear on the Home screen.

7 My Employees Click the Employee name link to access the employee time card. A check indicates the employee is In, at Lunch, on Break, or Out. The Pay Type field displays an employee s non-work pay type such as Sick or Vacation. The employee s current Labor Level may appear.

8 Missed Punches View employees with missing punches. Click the Employee name link to fix the missing punch. Header SUBHEAD Body Copy

9 Pending Time Off Requests Check the box adjacent to the applicable time off requests or select all requests. Click Approve Selected to approve the time off requests. Click Deny Selected to deny the time off requests. Click the Employee name link to access the employee time card. Click Expanded View to access the list view of the time off calendar. Click the employee s name in the Submitted column to review the time off request details, and partially approve/deny requests with multiple days as applicable. Time off requests are removed from the Pending Time Off section once they are approved or denied.

10 Attendance Exceptions View the number of tardy and absence exceptions for employees with generated schedules. Click the Employee name link to fix the missing punch. Select Dashboard Settings to configure the number of days to display for attendance exceptions from 1-28.

11 Attendance Points If enabled, this replaces the Attendance Exceptions section of the dashboard. Displays the number of attendance point occurrences. Check the Group by Employee box to view by employee record rather than a miscellaneous list. Click on the employee name to be directed to the employee time card page. Move the Forgive slider from No to Yes to adjust the point value as applicable. For example, an employee has a -1 point value, but should not have received that. Select Yes to move the value back to 0. Click Export to quickly transfer the data to an excel sheet.
