6 Meet the Team You are one person but the team behind you is an army You have one point of contact who will process all your DBS s for your workers One point of contact in payroll to pay all your candidates on a weekly basis One person dealing with all your HMRC PAYE liability every month One point of contact who deals with all finance issues One point of contact for Depol clients issues One point of contact for support in sales One point of contact for support on training for candidates One point of contact for compliance and registrations issues One point of contact for support on sites and finding candidates One point of contact for IT support and technical issues, computer, s, setting up One point of contact for when you have questions around employment issues of the candidates Finance Forecasts We have a model to train and develop you to increase your hours by 50 per week. 8 Back office support Time sheets get collected on a Friday and are inputted into a system called Citrix on Monday and Tuesday. On the Friday we will pay all your temps, which includes, working out all the taxes, holiday pay, send the payslips out, and most importantly we fund the cash to pay the temps and finally pay the HMRC for the PAYE liability. It does not stop there, we also then invoice all your clients, and collect the cash on your behalf. Every month you will receive all the Gross profit in advance and be given a Profit statement showing you a breakdown of all the figures (please see below): Recruitment sites Recruitment agencies tend to avoid Job sites sites because it is a heavy cost, however not with Pearson Anderson.
