1 Business Job Opportunities Human Resources Intern is a small business solutions company whose mission is to meet the needs of small businesses in the community. As a growing company, is seeking Human Resources Interns to assist with the hiring process. As a Human Resources Intern you will experience first-hand what the HR field entails. Various tasks will be given along with projects that involve human resource systems, payroll, recruiting, benefits administration, and more, under the guidance and supervision of the Regional Recruiting and Training Coordinator. Moreover, interns will also go through a weekly curriculum which teaches different aspects of HR and how it is changing today. Interns will also be given the opportunity to shadow different HR processes conducted by the Regional Recruiting and Training Coordinator such as interviewing and on-boarding. Recruit qualified candidates through different job posting websites. Schedule and conduct interviews. Assist with on-boarding of new associates. Assist in the management of employee contracts and benefits. Schedule career fairs through area colleges and city programs. Create and post job descriptions. This is a part-time, unpaid internship (14 hours per week). Upon successfully completing the internship, quality interns will receive a letter of recommendation from the Regional Recruiting and Training Coordinator. Qualified interns may have the opportunity to be offered a paid position upon completion of the internship. Pursuing undergraduate with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. Access to laptop or any portable device with Microsoft Office and Internet capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Docs. Experience with Applicant-tracking systems is a plus, but not required. Very thorough organizational skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated and works well with others. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Ability to maintain strong and consistent communication through , phone, and WhatsApp

The Graphic Design Internship will work with a diverse team of candidates. The intern will sketch and develop designs for logos, icons, and other graphics for print, presentations, and web use. Interns will work under the close supervision of the Regional Graphic Design Coordinator and will not only receive extensive training to complete their internship, but also receive new knowledge and skills to succeed with any further aspirations. Collaborate with the marketing team to sketch and develop designs for marketing and public relations. Create and brainstorm for upcoming projects and marketing strategies. Design clear and creative graphic communications for print and web use. Meet weekly to plan and coordinate use of graphics. Create icons and layouts for necessary projects. Pursuing undergraduate with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Preferred majors: Marketing, Graphic Design, Management of Information Systems or Information Technology, Business Administration, International Business Management, Computer Science, or Communications. Thorough understanding of graphic editors such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Self-starter with good time management skills. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written). Ability to identify and resolve problems.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, motivated individuals to become part of our web design team. As an intern representing, you will work closely under the supervision of the Regional Asset Coordinator and will receive necessary training to complete your internship satisfactorily. This internship will be part time and unpaid for 14 hours per week. Upon completing the internship, quality interns will receive a reference letter or letter of recommendation from the Regional Recruiting Coordinator and District Manager. Qualified interns will be given the opportunity for a paid position. Front End design including mockup and wireframing. Back End development along multiple platforms and languages. Write efficient and well-organized code. Work with multiple open sources APIs. Communication between colleagues to transcribe ideas to reality. Pursuing undergraduate with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Preferred majors: Management of Information Systems or Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering. Knowledge of coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jquery). Experience with Information Technology is a plus. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interaction with GitHub.

As a growing company, is seeking Public Relations and Marketing Interns to assist with publicizing and managing projects and events, as well as maintain s brand. The PR/Marketing Interns have the opportunity to get hands on experience in the various stages of a marketing campaign by assisting with the creation, publication, and execution of the campaigns under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Coordinator. Additionally, Marketing Interns will assist with Public Relations materials, such as social media management and drafting of new content. Reconstruct and manage all social media accounts to help promote and market the brand. Audit all online accounts. Conduct market research on potential clients and partners. Create a database of articles surrounding the company, employees, partners, and events. Weekly analysis of data from social media accounts (i.e., page views, twitter followers, etc.) Monitor customer reviews, product reviews, and other relevant marketing information. Create material with the Graphic Design team. Assist with the publishing of weekly newsletters. Detail Oriented. Excellent written and verbal skills. A knack for creativity and spontaneity. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, and other related majors. Access to lapto or any portable device with Microsoft Office and Internet capabilities.
