Data can be analyzed by benchmark job, standard or custom grades, point ranges and job mapping database launches mid-july. All PayNet subscribers will also receive a complimentary copy of the FMCG planning & prevalence report. Annual subscription $7,000 Reward Pinpoint Reward Snapshot Provides you with the value of your total global reward program; clear visibility of what s happening in every country; like-for-like comparison against the market for every part of your reward package; and, reliable, data that you can trust. You will receive one report for each country purchased showing you the value of every tangible part of your package, covering both cash and benefits, and how you compare to the market by grade, job, or individual employee level. A report that delivers concise company vs. market comparisons at an incumbent level, available for over 70 countries; includes your choice of up to three compensation elements for the market that is relevant to you by sector, country or by a defined peer group.
