1 A. Poste: Program Manager (Directeur des Programmes) JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager reports directly to Country Director (CD). The incumbent is responsible for the program development and implementation in the country of operation as well as the talent management of the program team. RESPONSIBILITIES: In accordance with Right To Play (RTP) approved policies and procedures, the employee: Program strategic planning Time% 35% - Is responsible and accountable for the programmatic management of all in country projects. - Contributes to the design and development of program strategies and plans with program team in line with the overall RTP strategies. - Manages the portfolio of program activities of the country in line with RTP strategic country plans and region and global vision. - Ensures that program team understand the current program goals and objectives as well as future ones and participate in the program expansion plans. - Ensures that program team are implementing program activities in line with donor requirements to achieve project outcomes. - Coordinates the preparation of timely and cost effective operational plans, budgets and strategic plans with the program team. - Develops project proposals for new projects. Program quality and compliance 35% - Maintains the existing process of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and reporting system of RTP. - Oversees submission of proper accountabilities of program funds and quality narrative report in line with donor requirements. - Provides quarterly updates of lessons learned and best practices to the CD and stakeholders ensuring that program lessons are being used to promote improved program delivery. - Conducts regular monitoring visits to project locations. Program financial management 10% - Coordinates with Finance team to provide financial training for non-financial staff for in effective country program financial management, including procurement, project implementation, compliances and project financial reporting. - Supports the budget planning processes and regularly reviews actual vs. budget to ensure that program funds are expended according to laid down procedures and plans. - Collaborates with the program team and develops new initiatives to be integrated in the budget. Team management, compliances and capacity building 10%

2 - Communicates the program vision to the program team, leads and directs them toward achieving the program goals and objectives. - Ensures that the program team have clear understanding of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities supported by clear job descriptions to ensure quality performance. - Conducts program staffing needs assessment, presents recommendations to the CD. - Leads the capacity building of program team to ensure that they have the appropriate skill levels for their positions and are developing to their full capacity; provides the necessary feedback to the program team and completes their performance appraisals. - Provides direct support to the program team in the form of system and tools. - Implements policies and procedures that guide and support RTP activities, ensures compliance to code of conduct, gender and child protection. - Develops and strengthens program team understanding of Project Cycle Management. Performs other duties as assigned by the Country Director 5% MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must have): EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION: Master's degree in social sciences (Education) development studies or other related discipline. EXPERIENCE: - 10 years of experience in managing international development programs on Education, Peace Building, Gender, Child Protection, HealthProven experience in working with NGOs - Proven experience in project planning, proposal development and report writing including financial report - Proven experience in resource mobilization, networking and partnershipbuilding. - Experience in liaising with government officials and donors. COMPETENCIES / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: - Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task on a constant basis - Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with supervisor, staff, partners, government officials, donors and community leaders - Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines in a fast paced fluid environment - Creative and flexible with problem solving skills - Demonstrated professionalism and diplomacy - Ability to confidently represent oneself and RTP to high level officials - Strategy planning skills - People management particularly influence management. Poste : Trois Field Facilitator ( trois Superviseurs) JOB SUMMARY The Field Facilitator reports directly to the Project Officer (PO) and is responsible for project implementation including planning and delivering on training related activities, mentoring and coaching, monitoring and reporting. He/she ensures the accountability of the project results on the covered implementation area. RESPONSIBILITIES In accordance with Right To Play (RTP) approved policies and procedures, the incumbent: Time% Activity planning and implementation 45% - Assesses training needs of teachers, Coach Trainers, Coaches, Junior Leaders, and partners, recommends the suitable intervention and works with them to develop training schedules. - In coordination with partners, teachers, school management, Coaches and Coach Trainers, evaluates events, provides updates of lessons learned and best practices and reports on progress and challenges as they arise. - Supports Coaches and Coach Trainers or partner focal person in developing their activity plans and schedules, encourages their initiatives while ensuring alignment with project proposal, the Project Implementation Plan, facilitates their activities and reports to the PO. Where relevant, supports teachers in developing lesson plans. - Ensures participation of partners, children/young people and stakeholders in the process of project planning and implementation of the proposed activities. - Supports the establishment and maintenance of teacher communities of practice where applicable.

4 - Assesses needs for facility repairs and upgrades in schools and the communities, facilitates the authorized work and ensures that overall work has been completed in accordance with the approved standards. - Organizes and facilitates training workshops conducted by other program staff and participates in the training as required. - Facilitates the training sessions conducted by Coach Trainers, Teacher Trainers, evaluates them and reports to the PO. - Facilitates the response to capacity gaps and needs in and out of classroom activities; connects the Project Officer and Training Officer with project locations and partners/stakeholders, for capacity building action. - Handles equipment management and distribution in the assigned schools and community. - Handles advance payments and manages cash money used for the activity implementation. - Follows up on how partners are spending budget received for project implementation in the location and verifies the accuracy of their financial reports and receipts and reports to the PO. - Manages the logistical arrangements for training workshops and events. - Organizes and conducts special events activities, play days and sports tournaments with support of partners and organisers. Monitoring and reporting 20% - Conducts regular field visits with partners, teachers, Coach Trainers and Coaches to follow up and provide support as needed. - Participates in workshops/training for partners, Coaches and Coach Trainers in the quantitative data collection tools and qualitative monitoring tools and ensures accurate and timely submission of quantitative and qualitative data to RTP team. - Provides narrative, qualitative and quantitative monitoring information/data to support monthly, quarterly and annual reports to update Country and Regional Office on project progress. - Submits financial reports related to activity implementation. - Ensures partners, teachers and Coaches are in compliance with Child Protection Policy. - Support local communities and partner schools implement school and community based strategies. Establish and maintain partnerships 20% - Identifies community needs, participates in the selection of communities and partners to be included in RTP program in the respective Field. - Represents RTP in and relevant forums and have regular consultations with local partners, stakeholders and key beneficiaries in the assigned community.

5 - Engages with district and sector authorities school management committees, parentteacher associations and other mechanisms designed to support quality education at the school level, Supervision and guidance 10% - Conducts performance assessment of Coach Trainers, teachers, and community coaches. - In collaboration and consultation with partners identifies potential Coaches who can become Coach Trainers. - Recommends Teachers, Coach Trainers and Coaches for certification. Performs other duties as assigned. 5% PLANNING AND ORGANIZING The incumbent is expected to plan his/her own work and to consult with the PO to ensure that the work plan is in line with the approved project work plan. The incumbent is also expected to coordinate the plan with partners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must have) EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION Bachelor s degree in social sciences (Education Preferred), adult education or any related discipline. EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years experience working in project implementation and facilitation part of which should have been in leading a team. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (An Asset) Experience implementing a development program with local populations in both rural and urban settings Experience in training and leading workshops Personal sport and activity background with coaching experience Holds a valid driver s license (Motorbike) JOB CONTRIBUTIONS/IMPACT PROBLEM SOLVING The incumbent is expected to follow established work procedures and methods in dealing with work related problems. He/she needs to consult with the PO when dealing with unusual situations/problems. FINANCIAL IMPACT The incumbent is expected to implement the project activities within the approved budget. He/she may receive some advance payments and handle cash payments. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT The incumbent is expected to generate/produce standard reports ensuring that the information in the reports are accurate and correct. He/she is expected to keep the information and data available in a safe location for the use of the PO, the Program Manager and other senior managers. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT The incumbent is expected to introduce improvements to his/her own work as well as to the work done by teachers, Coaches and Coach Trainers using lessons learned from activity implementation. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT The incumbent is expected to enhance relationships with partners as well as Coaches, and Coach Trainers. This relationship is critical to the success of the project implementation. 7 SENSORY DEMANDS The incumbent is expected to provide coaching and monitoring and evaluation to teachers, Coaches and Coach Trainers as well as generating reports with attention to details and accuracy. This involves talking, listening as well as seeing. MENTAL DEMANDS The incumbent is expected to face pressure from deadlines and unexpected situations. ADDITIONAL JOB RELATED CONDITIONS The incumbent is expected to travel to project locations using an RTP motorcycle. C. Il (elle) assiste la Direction et l Administration, fait le suivi de dossiers et accomplit des tâches administratives requises pour un fonctionnement efficace du bureau. Il ou elle apporte des appuis spécifiques aux départements suivants : Finances, Logistique, Ressources Humaines. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS Réception - Accueillir les visiteurs et assurer la permanence à la réception - Répondre au téléphone et prendre les rendez-vous sur demande - Recevoir les messages téléphoniques et les fax et les remettre aux personnes concernées - Enregistrer les courriers sortants, dépouiller et enregistrer les courriers entrants - Faire des impressions, photocopies et scanner des documents demandés Administration - Rédiger des lettres, des mémos et tout autre document assigné - Assurer le classement et l archivage des documents dans les dossiers appropriés, aussi bien en version papier qu en version électronique, incluant les documents financiers mensuels - Faire le suivi des dossiers selon les instructions du Country Director - Maintenir et mettre à jour la liste des contacts de Right To Play - Assurer que des réserves adéquates de fournitures de bureau sont disponibles et mettre à jour l inventaire sur une base mensuelle - Organiser les déplacements et les voyages des employés à l intérieur et à l extérieur du pays - Préparer et enregistrer certaines pièces comptables et acheminer à la signature des chèques (Petite caisse) - Prendre les procès-verbaux des rencontres Leadership - Supporter l équipe administrative dans l ensemble de ses activités - Maintenir une attitude et un leadership positif et engagé vers les intérêts organisationnels de Right To Play, en faisant preuve d un jugement approprié et d un esprit de coopération.
