6 As international logistics company Necotrans is committed to promote its values and fundamental rights to all its agencies and partners. When one of our clients selects our services, it can be sure that Due Diligence are entertained not only on financial aspect but also on Human Fundamental Rights. Objective 1: Development of a Contractual commitment In addition to a prior evaluation, we developed in 2015 a Compliance Certificate. This Compliance document commits the Contracting party, among other requirements, to respect International Conventions on Human Rights & Labor. By doing so we participate to an ethical business emulation: Indeed, the partner must validate the Certificate to enter into a relationship. Objective 2: Complementary Compliance actions are implemented within our main agencies - Awareness tools: posters from UNODC displayed; - Trainings on Children's Rights and Business Principles to the benefit of the Management in our agency in Cameroon (realized by UNICEF & PwC). 6

7 Necotrans recognizes that it has a responsibility to reduce its impacts on the environment. Despite the lack of local infrastructures in local African administrations and private local African organization, Necotrans seeks to increase the environmental sustainability of its operations. Objective 1: To extend the ISO Triple Certification After our agencies in Angola, Congo and Cameroun that have been triple certified ISO 9001, and Necotrans Gabon and Necotrans South Africa succeeded this year to join this environmental movement. The next year we hope to triple certified 4 others agencies in Benin, Senegal, Mozambique & Thailand. 7

8 Objective 2: Reporting to monitor and promote reduction of our footprint To meet this challenge we first focused on a few agencies that represent the showcase of Necotrans. Actions undertaken during this year allow us to get an overview of the environmental situation and to promote best practices. A full set of documents have been developed as to compute CO2 gas emission. Participation to a UNICEF conference in Douala, Cameroon, on integrating the children rights into our Policy. Participation to the COP21 initiative from Global Compact France. 8

9 Objective 3: Periodical actions Necotrans gives incentives to its local agencies to realize punctual actions to help all our local stakeholders. This freedom of actions makes our employees more involved within CSR projects: we share the leadership to transfer some responsibilities and to develop an open mind thought. Necotrans was partner of the ONG Sail for Water. For example, in 2015: In Cameroun, Necotrans finalized the land settlement in Douala, Cameroun: square meters created with 180 trees that have been planted. In Gabon, Necotrans has offloaded from a Boeing 777 cargo 109 tons of boxes of rubber trees from Abidjan (Ivory Coast), for Olam Company. We also unloaded aircraft pallets and goods were then cleared through customs and watered in Libreville Airport. Boxes were then loaded onto trucks over a distance of about 375 miles before being planted. 9

10 Both documents constitute core documents of Necotrans commitments to fight against corrupt practices. 11 Implementation follow-up system: To ensure the implementation of the Compliance program, we create a measurement system that allow us to follow the degree of implementation to each modules of the Compliance Program. Compliance guidelines are implemented within our QHSE system to be closer as possible to our operational documents. Extension of the Compliance program: Each year, main documents are updates and created to give an adequate answer of the risk assessment. Trainings: More than 550 face to face trainings were provided in our agencies in Gabon, Angola and Congo (PNR). 11
