Fees Minute Presentation Half-Day Program Full-Day Program Keynote Speaker *CALL FOR PRICING* Travel Expenses/Accommodations In addition to base speaking fee, the client pays for speaker s airfare, hotel accommodations, and travel to and from airport. These expenses will be added on to speaking fee for one flat rate. Deposits and Cancellations A deposit is 50% of agreement fee and is required upon confirmation of booking. Remaining 50% due upon completion of event. If program is cancelled by client and not rescheduled, the deposit will be retained as a complete settlement. Speaker s Request Mr. Norris request letters of reference, recommendation, or testimonials from the audience as part of the speaking agreement.
