2 It s no secret that there is a strong connection between the performance of an organisation and levels of amongst the workforce. Studies show that those organisations who have a highly engaged workforce benefit from higher productivity, revenues and profits. It shows on the bottom line in many ways. When people are engaged in their roles and the organisation they work for, it means better morale, a positive company culture, less absence, more innovation and greater productivity. A disengaged workforce is a costly and frustrating problem for many organisations. 4 Measuring can be complex as it is made up of a number of different drivers, each contributing to the overall level of.
