People with disabilities are an untapped talent pool that can contribute to a company's goal of a strong and diverse workforce.

10 Why WinCo WInS? WinCo Foods is always looking for opportunities to increase our candidate pool with regard to warehouse labor. Individuals with physical and mental limitations are often overlooked in hiring/employment opportunities, due to the additional training time/effort that is generally required. As employees, however, these individuals are often very hard working, loyal and appreciative when given the opportunity to succeed, which is exactly the type of employee-owner that WinCo Foods has relied upon to make us the successful company we are today 10
