3 Autobell Car Wash - Standards of Appearance The objective of the appearance standards is that employees meet the standards consistently every day and at every location. As an employee of Autobell Car Wash, you must maintain an appearance that is clean, natural, safe, and professional. A professional appearance includes neatly trimmed hair (including facial hair), clean clothes, and personal grooming, including personal cleanliness. A poster detailing the expectations and requirements of Autobell Car Wash in regard to an employee s appearance is posted at each location. Visible tattoos are not permissible at Autobell Car Wash. Any tattoos must be covered by the provided Autobell uniform no matter the season and must stay covered while you are working. The main components of your uniform will be provided to you free of charge as listed below: Uniform shirts and belt buckle covers are provided for employees at no charge. You will be provided one name tag that should be worn on the right side of your outermost layer (horizontal to the Autobell logo) each time you work. A name label will be provided to put on your name tag with your first name. Slang names are not allowed on your name tag. Employees are provided with one pair of properly fitted navy pants when hired. Additional free pair of pants are available at six-month intervals following your hire date. You may also, at any time, purchase additional pants at your expense through the Company and take advantage of Autobell s rate. Shorts are also available for purchase through our provider at our Company rate. Employees will not be allowed to work if they do not meet the Autobell Uniform Standard upon arrival. Remember it is the employee s responsibility to arrive at work each day with a clean uniform free of holes and/or torn seams, and to have a uniform that is not extremely faded.
