2 2018 Hong Kong / Singapore Investment Banking and Capital Markets Summer Analyst Description Credit Suisse s leading Investment Banking and Capital Markets Department (IBCM) assists clients in achieving their objectives by providing advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing services in debt, equity and other capital raising. Our Program is a 10-week internship designed to give highly talented students a taste of life at the world s leading integrated Wealth Manager and Investment Bank, with the potential to join the Graduate Program upon graduation. Summer Analysts have the opportunity to work on deals, gaining hands-on experience and working on all aspects of advising and transacting business for our clients. The graduate role will allow you to join a team in the Asia Pacific Region at Analyst level working in our IBCM franchise. Training Our internships are widely regarded as one of the best and most comprehensive summer programs starting with one week of training. You will: undergo a structured summer program, gain exposure to multiple teams in the IBCM business, get a first-hand experience of what it is like to be a Full Time Analyst, and enjoy networking opportunities such as the Summer Speaker series where you will hear from senior representatives across various divisions. Throughout you will receive invaluable on-the-job training, guidance and mentoring that will further develop your skills and knowledge. Qualifications To apply for the Summer Analyst Program, you are graduating between December June 2019 (i.e. in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or Master s course). Our Private Banking Analyst Program is designed for fresh graduates or recent graduates with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Relationship Management (and with less than three years of working experience). You will begin your program as a junior Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in a key Market Area team within Private Banking APAC. The ARM plays an integral role in the entire client management lifecycle, working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to actively service our clients and deliver our client value proposition. In this role, you can expect to receive hands-on experience in critical front office work as well as gain exposure to the full suite of products and services within our Private Banking business. High potential ARMs who demonstrate key competencies through their individual performance and contributions to their teams, will distinguish themselves and qualify as candidates for the Global Train to Relationship Manager program the first step to becoming an RM. Training The two year Analyst program includes an extensive array of on-the-job training, ranging from hands-on learning to stretch assignments and individual coaching. You can also expect to receive structured learning through a holistic curriculum consisting of product and technical training as well as professional skills development. Taken as a whole, the program will address all the competencies you need in order to excel as a full-fledged, successful ARM. Qualifications Strong interest and understanding of the private wealth management industry (degree in Finance is not necessary). Outgoing, service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Motivated by challenging and dynamic goals. Works well in a demanding, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. Language skills may be an advantage in certain locations.

8 2018 Singapore Risk Summer Analyst Description The Risk Division acts as a guardian of the Bank's risk appetite and provides effective independent risk oversight in the areas of regulatory and risk related systems and infrastructure as well as maintaining a comprehensive bank wide risk appetite framework including market risk, credit risk, operational risk and reputational risk. We are continuously strengthening the function by attracting, developing and retaining top talent and cultivating continuous learning throughout the organization. You will learn how to hone your skills and apply them in a fast-paced, risk oriented environment as part of a project team or one of our many Risk functions.
