You will review key HR and Payroll concepts to assist you in gathering the data required to complete the launch spreadsheets, which populate your organization s data into the Workforce HR and Workforce Payroll applications. Through a series of video lessons and simulations, you will be introduced to some of Workforce HR s and Workforce Payroll s capabilities and the decisions you need to make when designing your configuration. NOTE: This self-study content is in English. List the tasks and decisions for which Project Team members are responsible during your organization s Workforce HR implementation Begin to prepare the organization s position, benefits, and organization data to use during the implementation Explain the Workforce HR automation and optimization options that are available to meet your business needs List the tasks and decisions for which Project Team members are responsible during your organization s Workforce Payroll implementation. You will learn how to process common personnel actions, such as hiring new employees and processing leaves of absence, enrolling employees and their dependents into benefit plans, and modifying employee records.
