I understand this is a work agreement and I agree to adhere to the employer's grooming standards and terms of employment. I am aware that my start date may change if there is a late or slow start to the season and understand that my employer does not guarantee assistance during this time. I further understand that the conditions of my employment may change based on the needs of my employer and any other unavoidable circumstan ces. I also understand that I must validate my visa at within 6 days of my visa start date. I agree to provide my employer with a valid Social Security number prior to the end of this agreement. I will report to my manager on the date specified above and I agree to work for the full term of the employment dates as stated above. I understand CCUSA reserves the right to terminate my visa otherwise. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the CCUSA Program Agr eement. I understand this job offer is contingent upon the above-mentioned criteria. If I do not meet these criteria I understand the offer of employment will be withdrawn.
