1 NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF ARCHITECT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BSVS at Bundi Bank Baroda invites application for prequalification for appointment Architect from Firms repute for the following work. Name the Project Construction fice building at Khasra No- 2073/165/2 Village Gandhi Gram, Tehsil Bundi, Distt. Bundi Estimated cost (Approx) 1.00 crore Brief description Work Construction Building having GF + 1+Terrace floors with RCC with all services and site development including flooring, interior designing, related electrical, net-work cabling, bought out items etc. Architects who are desirous tendering for above work and fulfills following requirements only need to apply. Experience having successfully completed similar* jobs i.e. last 7 years (as on ) should be either the following: a) Two similar* completed works each costing not less than Rs. 50 lakhs. OR b) One similar* completed work costing not less than Rs 80 lakhs. Or c) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 40 Lakhs Having sufficient experienced technical personnel and other setup and resources, to supervise the project and complete it well in time with superior quality materials and workmanship as per standard specifications. The Architect should be member the Council Architecture. The Architect should possess B. Arch degree from approved college / institution. The firm should have local presence / fice in the city Kota. (Similar* Work: - The Architect should have successfully completed the construction building with value work desired by Bank.) Scope Work : - Scope shall include planning and designing building, preparation layout, preparation estimates and tenders various trades such as civil, electrical, interiors, plumbing etc. Scope work shall also include for supervision work, coordination with various agencies, certification bills, taking measurements, obtaining statutory approvals / NOCs as applicable from local bodies in such type projects. Applications by those firms who do not submit Performance Certificates from their previous employers are liable to be summarily rejected.
