2 What AGC Ask Leaders to Accomplish - The Concept of - AGC considers that an effective leader is the person who: Has the courage to challenge the existing order and find a new way Inspires a shared vision for the path ahead Enables people to act and leads them toward success Models the way for others to follow Encourages the hearts of others are the enablers to accomplish these ends. 2
3 Why are Essential? In 2002, AGC Group initiated our group vision, Look Beyond, and defined our corporate mission, our shared values and our principles for our daily actions. To realize that vision, we have been operating our businesses in line with connected Management Policies. We would like every AGC Leader to act consistently with our Vision, Mission, Values and Policies. This will help build foundations for persistent growth as an excellent global company. are formulated to help clarify and define the skills, abilities and traits that are required for the leaders in AGC Group. The Competencies enables AGC Leaders to lead his/her team and members toward success and to help him/her develop to become a successful leader. 3
4 What is AGC Leadership Competency? - 8 Competencies - is a set requirements for AGC Leaders who are in senior management positions and are accountable for a business or functional unit. are formulated with 43 Behaviors in 8 Competencies, which are divided into 2 Categories. Competency Model and Contents of 8 Competencies and 43 Behaviors are as following. 4
