2 Thank you for your interest in our Graduate Programme... INNOVATIVE Why choose Impetus Automotive s Graduate Scheme? Impetus Automotive is a reputable and expanding consultancy working with automotive Clients in different aspects of their business practice. We offer a three year programme when, once completed, you will automatically be offered a permanent position within the business. The programme aims to give you experience in various areas of the business ranging from project work at our Warwick head office, to field based work and direct client work within their offices. Tom Gough Graduate 2011 As a second year graduate, I have learnt a lot in so little time. Its great to be supported thoroughly by the Senior Management team to further my career especially as the business is continually growing; my role now is to help produce market leading IT products! The scheme is a three year rotational programme, whereby you will spend 12 months on each specified business area; projects, research and IT development. 2

3 What development & support will I get? Quality and service are critical to our business, and to deliver this we support our staff with clear guidance, mentoring and training. You will have a mentor from within the Senior Management Team who will help and guide you through the programme, offering opportunities for further training if or when needed. You will also have the support and encouragement from your business area manager if its in the office or out in the field. They will be able to help you develop your skills in a particular discipline of the business. Rishi Behl Graduate 2012 For me, the best thing about working at Impetus Automotive is that graduates are given real responsibilities from day one. This has allowed me to work with a variety of teams such as IT and Market Research in my short time here. A typical day for me consists of working on data analysis, collaborating with IT colleagues in product development and conducting market research using the Impetus Automotive contact centre. 3

What are the entry requirements? 2:2 minimum degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Studies, ICT, Mathematics, Management Science or a similar subject matter A full, clean driving licence 4

If successful you will then be invited to an assessment centre in May You can expect news on your application shortly after the assessment centre has taken place, and at your request, we will also give you feedback on your performance. Impetus Automotive deliver bespoke solutions to Manufacturers across the Globe with our comprehensive market intelligence, strategic planning and continuous development of innovative software solutions. We work solely for Vehicle Manufacturers although, in practice, much of our work takes place within Dealerships and National Sales Companies. From identifying opportunities for improvement to delivering oneto-one coaching, projects can be ongoing, recurring or ad-hoc. All are completely bespoke and designed to improve the efficiency, management and profitability of the many strands of the automotive industry. 8 2. Who are your Clients? 3. I don t live nearby, do you offer relocation packages? Relocation packages are not available for the graduate roles but there is a joining bonus payment; this will be discussed during the recruitment process. 4. If I am unsuccessful, will I be given feedback? If you get to the assessment centre stage but are unsuccessful, full feedback is available on request. 8

9 5. I am currently not based in the UK, can I apply? We are happy to accept applications from overseas candidates who have secured UK work permits, allowing them to work in the UK for a sufficient length of time to honour the programme. The duration of your work permit will govern the length of your contract with us, and you will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK during the selection process. We regret that we cannot process work permit applications on behalf of candidates, therefore we ask that you only submit an application to us once you have secured the right to work in the UK. 6. What happens when the graduate programme ends? Once you complete our graduate programme, you will be welcomed as a fully fledged member of the Impetus Automotive team. There will be no need to reapply for a further role as a nongraduate employee. 7. Can I defer this role for a year while I go travelling? Unfortunately, we do not allow for deferred entry onto the Graduate programme.
