5 HOW IT WORKS City & Guilds Accreditation follows a simple eight-step process: 1. UNDERSTAND YOUR CHALLENGES The first step is to meet with our Business Innovation Consultant so that we can understand your business and training strategy. 2. SOLUTION CITY & GUILDS ACCREDITATION We ll determine the best way in which City & Guilds can support your training strategy. 3. OVERVIEW OF TRAINING You ll provide us with an overview of the training that would benefit from the Accreditation process. 5. FORMAL ACCREDITATION Our Quality Assessor will validate that your training meets our global benchmark. You ll then be formally awarded the City & Guilds Accreditation mark of quality. 4. CONSULTANCY Our Quality Consultant will work with you and your teams to review your training against our global benchmark and develop your systems and processes as required. 6. TRAINING The newly Accredited training will run throughout the business. Employees will receive co-branded certificates. 7. ONGOING SUPPORT You ll have ongoing contact with your Quality Consultant for continuous improvement, plus access to City & Guilds resources. 8. ANNUAL REVIEW We ll meet with you annually to discuss your strategy and training goals and to ensure that your existing and proposed training continues to meet the benchmark for Employee Training Accreditation.
