Be recognised for your contribution to the development of others with our Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) through Recognition of Prior Learning. This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. In these roles they are required to generate and evaluate complex ideas; and to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. Career Outcomes On successful completion of this course the participant will receive a Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (BSB80615). Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. 4 Entry Requirements Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points demonstrating potential to undertake study at graduate level, including: With a relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma, or a relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV together with significant relevant vocational practice With a higher education qualification, together with relevant vocational practice With the related Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning), which will credit as four elective units towards this qualification (a candidate with this related qualification will be required to successfully complete the two core units and two further elective units to meet the requirements of TAE80210 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)) With extensive relevant vocational practice, without formal qualifications Subjects Total number of units = 8 2 core units 6 elective units

Up to two elective units may be selected from the elective units listed below or any other currently endorsed Training Package or accredited course. Elective units must be relevant to the work outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level. 6 Delivery & Assessment This qualification is only available through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). For each unit of competency, candidates will be given the option to demonstrate competency through a combination of any of the following: Written or verbal questions demonstrating the required knowledge Case studies or practical activities demonstrating the required skills Projects based on a real or simulated workplace Portfolio of evidence which may include: Prior qualifications, both accredited and non-accredited Employment history such as position descriptions and performance appraisals Industry appointments such as board and committee roles Publications and journals Samples of work and other relevant documents, photos, videos, etc. Testimonials and other references from verifiable sources Each candidate is assessed individually. Our assessment team will validate the evidence supplied and conduct mapping against the evidence requirements for each unit. Where required, assessors will request additional evidence and provide guidance on suitable types of evidence for the candidate to supply.
