Designation Requirements Complete the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) pre-work and 2-day workshop and pass the SWP examination Complete the one-day Human Capital Planning and Pre-Practicum Workshop Identify, address, solve and measure a real-world talent problem Prepare and pass a business case practicum documenting the process HCI certifications and designations are valid for a three-year period. Renewal is based on continuing education credits that demonstrate currency in the field.
