1 Viewing Job Requisitions Job Requisition Details To view applications, select Job Requisitions from your Shortcuts Menu. From the Search Requisitions page, enter the Job Title, Req. Code, Pos. Code or Job Code and select Search. Next, select the blue dynamic link name under Job Title to view applicants who have applied to that job requisition. To rank order applicants, select on the Talent Online Rank column header. To view Talent Online Assessment Results, select on the blue recommendation link within the row of the applicant you wish to review.

2 Viewing Talent Online Assessment Results Talent Plus TalentBank The applicant results are broken out in 3 tabs Overall Results, Selection Analysis and Investment Analysis. Overall Results The Overall Results includes the applicant s Contact Information, Application Details,

3 Result Summary, Top/Contrast Themes, Talent Intensity Index and Theme Summary.

4 Result Summary The Result Summary contains the Benchmark, Date Conducted, Interview Language, Overall Result and Overall Score. If an applicant is recommended to move forward in the selection process, the result summary will also include a Rank of the applicant against those peers who were also recommended within that job requisition. Selection Analysis Report Each Recruiter and Hiring Manager will want to view the Selection Analysis Report. This report includes the top themes of the applicant in rank order. A theme description and bullets of behaviors you ll observe when strong make up the Top Themes section of the report. For those themes that fall below the contrast performer benchmark line, the report will also include behaviors you will observe when weak. This information is critical to understanding the strengths and weaknesses the applicant will be bringing to the job.

5 Investment Analysis Report The Investment Analysis Report is designed for the manager to utilize in order to learn more about how to develop their new colleague. It provides a list of the colleague s top themes in rank order along with coaching recommendations where strong. Should the colleague have any themes that fall below the contrast performer benchmark, they will also be provided coaching recommendations when weak. Printing Results Print or Interview Results Search for the applicant by using the simple search or from the Job Requisitions page. 1) Select the interviewee s name to view their individual details 2) From the Interviews table, select on the blue, dynamic link under the Result column or use the drop-down menu to select View Interview Results and select Go. 3) Select the Create PDF icon located at the top right of the page to print or results. At this point, you have the option of saving the interview results to your computer or printing them. If you would like to results, attach the saved PDF to an . Please Note: Interview results are PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL and intended for management use only. The graph and reports should never be given to or shared with the applicant.

6 Updating Applicant Status to Hired To update an applications selection Status: 1) Search for the interviewee using the simple or individual search. 2) Select the interviewee s name to view their Individual Details. 3) Within the Applications table, select on the Application Details icon under the Action column. 4) Scroll down to the Update Application Selection Status section. 5) Select your selection status using the drop-down menus. 6) You may also add notes to explain your decision. 7) Select Submit and the selection status will automatically update.

7 Applicant Mapping Applicant Mapping contains four unique modes that enable the user to compare the talent of applicant(s) vs. applicant(s) and applicant(s) vs. employee(s). 1) Select Job Requisitions under the Shortcuts Menu. 2) Select the Job Title you wish to map applicants from. 3) Select the Applicant Mapping icon at the bottom of the page. Choose one of the following types of mapping from the Applicant Mapping Mode dropdown menu. Next, select individuals, the talent benchmark and the Map button to generate the mapping results. 1. Applicant - Allows the user to select up to twenty (20) applicants and individually compare them against one other. The applicants are listed in alphabetical order. The Talent Intensity Index mapping includes the applicant line along with the selected benchmark.

8 2. Applicant vs. Employee Map - Allows the user to select up to five (5) applicants and individually compare them against one (1) employee or (1) applicant against five (5) employees. The Talent Intensity Index mapping includes the applicant line, employee line and top benchmark line. 3. Applicant vs. Team Average - Allows the user to select up to five (5) applicants and compare them against a team that can be comprised of as many as thirty (30) unique employees. The Talent Intensity Index mapping includes the applicant line, team average line and top benchmark line. 4. Applicants Combined Map - Allows the user to select a combination of up to seven (7) applicants and employees. The Talent Intensity Index mapping includes up to seven (7) individual lines and the top benchmark line. Due to lines being viewed on one graph in unique colors, we have restricted the number of individual lines on one graph to no more than four. The applicant lines are prioritized and brought to the front to ensure best viewing results.

9 Frequently Asked Questions How long does the Talent Online Assessment take to complete? On average, the Talent Online Assessments will take minutes to complete. How soon are applicant results available in TalentBank? Once the applicant submits their assessment, results will display within 15 minutes. How many times do applicants take the same assessment? Talent Online Assessments would only be taken one time by an applicant. The initial pass through of an assessment is the best gage of their talent. If an applicant applies to another position after already completing the required assessment, they will not be asked to take the assessment. Can we share the results of the Talent Online Assessment with the applicant? No. The interview results are PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL and never to be shared with the applicant. The graph and Selection Analysis and Investment Analysis Reports are only to be shared with a recruiter, selection manager or the employee s supervisor or manager. Can an applicant Save & Exit the assessment if they don t have time to complete it all at one time? An applicant can at any time choose to Save & Exit from an assessment and finish later. They will utilize the link from their invite to return to where they left off in the assessment. How many reminders are sent to the applicant if they don t complete the assessment? If an applicant has not completed their assessment within 24 hours, a reminder is sent with the link to the assessment for 3 consecutive days. These reminders are system generated. If an applicant completes their assessment prior to the last reminder being sent, the system will not continue sending the notifications.
