Process Achievement Set up different client interaction, sourcing teams, assessment and MIS teams internally and used 7 tools for sourcing candidates namely Mapping/ headhunting/ online advertising/ print advertising/ referencing/ internal data base and job posting. Provided a ROD for initial months. Non technical rounds coordinated by INSYLABS and technical rounds managed by client.
