JMT supports projects through their entire life cycles, from initial planning studies and environmental investigations, documentation and compliance, to design or design/build phase delivery methods, through construction management and inspection activities. JMT also assists our clients with Program Management staff for budgeting, scheduling, establishing standards, supervising design and construction, and quality assurance.
